This multi-level building houses Ichi Ni Nana, an all-day Japanese eatery; Village People, a fun and loud contemporary Thai restaurant; Upside Rooftop Bar and a coffee window on the street. Tip: visit the Japanese eatery on the bottom level for interesting breakfasts.
