Hot lobster roll. Roland's calls this the "famous" lobster roll - and for good reason. With lobster sauteed in garlic butter and toasted bread, this dish deserves the spotlight.

The Strip district should be on your list and if you like Bloody Mary’s this should be your first stop. Great seafood dishes and pretty much open all the time.
