We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this house for about 20 days. Everything was great. The house is very functional. Having a parking space and spending time in the garden was wonderful. The house is quite spacious, away from noise, and very quiet. I would definitely choose it again.

Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

Wow! what an incredible apartment. This place is very well located, right next to Nakheel mall, and steps away from a private beach. The apartment itself was exactly as described and just as the photos show. Very clean, well kept and beautiful views. The host was very helpful & responsive at all hours. I absolutely loved the whole experience and have not a bad thing to say. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you Suiteable 🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was close to everything we needed - the beach, restaurants, etc. Sanket was an amazing host - very responsive, flexible and always willing to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Dubai!

Its a great place! Host is super responsive and helpful! Its close to the prime attractions…the beach close by is a great attraction! Revo cafe at the ground floor is fabulous options for all 3 meals/ a beverage! Would highly recommend! :)

Abdulkader is a fantastic and professional host. My family’s best stay. He provided everything and more than we expected. He was always responsive and keen to deliver and an overall very nice person to speak to. We would love to return soon and relive our memorable experience and I would be like my host to be Abdulkader again for sure! The place is perfect with serene views of garden, swimming pool and sea …it’s a quiet oasis!! I also love the gym and the facilities that the Fairmont hotel provide so it met all my expectations and more. Thank you very much for hosting us Abdulkader. It was a real pleasure.

Staying in the apartment was an absolute dream! Alex and Angelina were super personable, flexible, fulfilled all our wishes and were always responsive. The place was very clean and holistically equipped. A baby cot, high chair and pool toys were provided for our baby. Parking with the rental car in the underground garage also worked smoothly. The location of the apartment as well as the pool and beach area were wonderful. There were plenty of loungers and shade spots for everyone. The pool had a pleasant temperature and could be fully used. We will definitely be back!

The view of the Marina is amazing! The apartment is completely consistent with the photos and description, which was very pleasing. On the first floor of the house, there is a 24-hour grocery store, which is very convenient. The beach is 10 minutes walk away, and also the metro. There are also restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything you needed for living and cooking at home. Special thanks to the owner for quick responses and for solving our problems!

The apartment is very, very wonderful, the place is safe, suitable for families and clean, the view is fantastic, the price is also suitable, I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to choose this one, my next visit to Dubai will be in this apartment, God willing 🙏🙏
