Includes use of canoes/kayaks, large riverfront yard, grills, hammocks, deck, porch and firewood. $33/night per person or pet after first 2 people. This little gem of a spot is on a secluded island in the middle of the Mississippi River. The sound of the rapids will lull you to sleep in your magical tent perched right over the water! NEW FOR 2025, the Yacht has Air Conditioning! A vintage private 30 foot Cruiser with a teak & mahogany wood trimmed cabin. Cabin height is 6 ft. Children 3 yrs & older Two berths sleep 2 each. Full galley. Linens and towels provided. It is disinfected before your arrival. Extra person $50/day agreed prior. Centre bed $50 for stay. This accommodation is for the boat at the dock only. It does not include driving the boat or use of the cottage property. The boat is a non smoking.
