Kid-friendly holiday rentals in The Colony

Awesome stay! Host was very responsive. House and pool were exactly as described. Outdoor area was set up perfectly to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to booking in the future.

Enjoyed a staycation at Colin’s. Had a great time hanging by the pool and was great we could bring our dogs. The location was great with access to lots to do and many restaurants. Beds were very comfy.

We had a wonderful stay at this little house. It comfortably held all of us, we felt at home. We were in town for a wedding so most meals and activities were planned outside the home. When we did eat / cook in we had plenty of kitchen ware to meet our needs.

We needed a place to stay for a combined birthday / soccer trip, and this home was perfect! Plenty of space to hang out and relax. I wouldn’t try to do any serious cooking in the kitchen, but we hadn’t planned to cook anyway. The home was clean and as-pictured. The host was responsive when we had a slight issue with access on check-in, and it was resolved quickly.

In town for a baseball tournament. Decided to use the trip as a mini family getaway too. The house was perfect for the family. Plenty to do at the house. Kept the family, including 2 teenage boys, entertained. The amenities were very thoughtful, from binoculars for nature watching to installed light dimmers throughout. I don't know if we'll ever be back in the area, but we would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s home. It was conveniently located next to all the restaurants we wanted to visit.

We have stayed in several rentals & this one had a lot of thought put into it. The hosts paid attention to the little amenities that matter. Home is clean & well kept. It’ll stay in our list of places to stay again. Location is great for shopping & doing fun things in the area of The Colony as well as Frisco, Plano & not too far from Grapevine.

Aubrey’s rental was very nice. As described and pictured. Very clean, easy to access and quiet neighborhood. Garage access was a huge bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt very comfortable like we were at home, it wasn’t too far from things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was right in front of a dog park with a small really cute patio. It was right in front of a Whole Foods with great options to eat and down the street from multiple amazing restaurants 10 out of 10 would stay again and probably will

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

Mr. Lester, was more than a Super HOST, he was super helpful, extremely responsive, and a man of great integrity. He and his team are amazing. His Airbnb was beautifully designed and the attention to detail, in anticipating guest needs was evident. Even, down to the wonderful seasonings in the cabinet. The Airbnb was in an amazing location, the neighbors were extremely friendly, the view was beautiful as I looked down and discovered a wonderful courtyard complete with a fountain, nature seating, concrete, manicured trees and the like. They had everything I needed. The value was unmatched. There was a: washer, dryer, laundry detergeant, Lysol Wipes, a high chair, Iron, Ironing Board, Keyless Entry, Smart TV (2), dish soap, dish washing machine, a desk that doubled as a table, microwave, free wifi, parking was well mapped out! He even took time out of his extremely busy day to help me when I had accidently locked myself out. He answered everyone of my questions!

Elizabeth’s place is delightful and well appointed. It is perfectly set up for long or short term stays. The attention to detail is spot on. The apartment is just a short walk from Main Street and all it has to offer. We own and operate a B & B 200 miles from here so we speak from experience when we say your stay in Grapevine will be very comfortable here.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

Legacy is one of my fave places in Dallas, and this was the most perfect place to stay. Ample garaged parking which is rare in this area. The apartment was well stocked, clean and beautiful. Walkable to tonnes of eateries, and the balconette was great for watching the fountain show of an evening. Newman was super helpful, friendly and informative. Great host! I'd absolutely stay here on my next trip, Thanks Newman!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Great spot. This is our second time staying in Christina’s place. We love the lower Greenville neighborhood. Very walkable.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Ultra convenient arriving from Love Field. High volume space with full kitchen setup and dedicated parking.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

Place was very quiet and convenient. Kane was a great host, very communicative.

I was a bit wary of getting an Airbnb as I normally stay at a hotel for this type of trip, but I wanted something more comfortable, convenient, and private this time around. I came across this place and it had everything I was looking for, with an extra bonus of an arcade cabinet (so fun). My stay at this place was great, it was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay. The owner Charles was very communicative, and responded right away. The instructions were very clear and organized threw out my stay. The check-in and check-out process was super easy as well. The place itself was very clean and looked just like it was on the listing. The beds were pretty comfortable, I would say on par with a nice hotel. Plenty of towels and linens if needed, as well as some starter supplies for the stay like soaps, cotton swabs, laundry detergent, and even a few snacks in the kitchen. Overall, the place was great and at a great price. I definitely would stay here again on my next trip.
