Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in The Bight Settlement

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

The house was beautifully decorated and is very spacious. Communication with the host was great. The neighborhood felt safe and private. Found some hair in the master bathroom so I believe more attention to details during the cleaning should be given. We also ran out of paper towels as we were only given one roll. Might consider providing a few more household items when guests stay more than just a few days. Otherwise it was an overall good experience.

This villa was even better than the photos depicted. Absolutely perfect in every way. Chalk Sound is a truly special place as are the nearby beaches (Sapodilla Bay, and a particular favorite was the very unique Taylor Bay Beach). A rental car for this location is a must, and the short trip to Grace Bay is very worth it (both the town and the beach). You can bring the beach chairs Terri provides or easily rent chairs and umbrellas there. Felt like a luxury hideaway, but with easy access to all of the hot spots around the island. Would give 6 stars if we could!

Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay! This place exceeded all our expectations — beautifully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Wow! This place was perfect for my husband, myself, and our one year old. It’s so close to everything and allowed us to easily jump around to all the different beaches. The house is stunning and view is to die for! Highly highly recommend!!! Also, David is really great to rent from. He was super helpful and flexible with us, which were super grateful since we had our son with us and babies need flexibility ha! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

Banika’s place is better than advertised. The apartment had everything we needed. We have stayed at several Airbnb’s in Provo and this one is the best. The fresh water jug connects to the fridge, so we had fresh cold filtered water and ice whenever we needed it. The location is excellent, in the heart of Grace Bay, about 1 block from Grace Bay Gourmet. We always rent a car to explore the island. If you don’t want to rent a car, no worries, everything is within walking distance. We are already planning to book again soon. Thank you Banika for making our vacation fantastic.

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

Turks and Caicos is stunning in itself but Nancy and her beautiful home made our experience in Turks even more incredible. Her apartment is even better in person and in the perfect location for a relaxing vacation! From sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets to watching movies in the gorgeous music -themed living room, we knew we made the right decision in staying at this apartment. Nancy was incredibly proactive and responsive and even stopped by to say hello. She had a cold bottle of Prosecco and beers waiting for us when we arrived. My teenage boys loved the location for the ease of getting to the many local restaurants and the beach. We would love to return to Turks and if we do, we will absolutely stay in this same apartment again. It has everything that you could ever need in a home away from home. And above all, Nancy is an outstanding host!

Great stay! The location was very central, quiet, and safe. Danielle provided us with many great recommendations and was extremely responsive throughout our entire stay. You definitely need a car to fully enjoy the island so it was amazing have one included with the stay, as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We felt safe the entire time and the location is very quiet and peaceful. We would stay again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Beautiful Sunset. We had so much fun with the private pool and scenery from the pool and patio area. I would definitely book again!

Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.

Ulma’s place was perfect! The central location to everything was great since we went everywhere. At the house they had beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear and quite a bit of other items we did not use. The pool was basically right out the back gate! The AC worked wonderfully, the house was stocked with everything we needed, it was incredibly clean, and the lay out for us was great. Highly recommend staying here!!

The place was spotless, which is a big plus for my wife. Location was perfect, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. The pool area was really nice as well. Never busy. It was a bonus he had beach chairs and an umbrella because they're expensive to rent for the day. We were told $75. You don't need a car, but if you plan to visit different beaches, then think about renting because taxi service is expensive. $33 each way for the airport. $45 each way to Sapodilla, and Taylor bay beaches. It can add up to a car rental really quick. James was very responsive and answered all our questions. He allowed us to check in earlier, which was a bonus. We had an amazing time. Would definitely rent it again, if we ever go back. You won't be disappointed if you stay at James's Place.

I could not have asked for a more convenient and beautiful place to stay while on vacation. The property manager texted me before I even landed to assist with check in. Check in was a breeze. I rented a car and there was sufficient and safe parking. The property was well maintained and having a pool was a bonus. The local beach was about a 15 minute walk and a 3 minute drive and Grace Bay was 10 minutes by car. I had an issue with the TV, which turned out to be an error on my end, and the property manager came in person to help me fix it and the owner, Pamela, called and left me a message later that night to ensure that the issue was remediated. I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Pamela and Paul's property. As a solo traveler, I value safety, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience and I have zero complaints.

We had an amazing stay at Paul’s place — our third time in Turks and this Airbnb made it even better. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect: private and peaceful, yet still close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. There was so much within walking distance, which made exploring super convenient. Paul was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and flexible throughout our trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Turks and Caicos. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The view was incredible. We loved the pools and the gym. Great walkable distance to a beautiful marina where we got to see and swim with turtles. We loved the location because it felt secluded from all the other resorts that are full of tourists, yet close enough by car to everything else. I communicated mainly with Sharon and she answered swiftly. This was one of our best vacations ever.

We felt comfortable and at home in Matt & Erin’s place. It was clean, had everything we needed and very private. It was off the beaten path which is exactly what we wanted. The location is perfect. The private beach is unmatched. The pool being right in front of the condo is perfect. There is a hot tub as well but we didn’t use it. Matt is very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay with them again. Thank you, Matt & Erin!

great location, can walk to Baci, Shark Bite and Mango reef restaurants and more. Walk to Smith Reef for snorkeling, and only 10 minute or so drive to Grace Bay area. Beach supplies provided and you can also walk straight to Bight Beach out in front of resort. Room was very nice with a patio and has a pool 2 stories up with great views of sunset. Very pleasant stay, I would recommend!
