Hello everyone!!! Our experience was fantastic (!) the place is in a very nice, quiet and safe condominium, its location is excellent since it is only 5 minutes by car to the supermarket to buy your food for that barbecue. The house is totally faithful to the photographs you see, quite spacious and with everything you need to feel comfortable, as well as being clean and tidy. So, when you open the door you will enjoy a comforting view since the pool is quite beautiful and has very good maintenance, although it does not have a boiler that is not a problem since during our stay it was not necessary because the heat was at an ideal temperature. Finally, I'd like to say that the internet was great, they have access to streaming platforms and the host's service was wonderful, always attentive and responsive. An excellent choice for your holidays. No more, a greeting and a safe trip.

The property was clean and tidy. It had everything it advertises, the subdivision is very quiet and pleasant, the pool area, what I liked most was its terrace, it is nice and pleasant. As a personal opinion, I would have loved for the check-in to be a little earlier than 3PM, but in general everything was very good.

We had a nice experience at Alejandra's accommodation, the amenities as published in the photos. Communication with her was correct and she supported us with some questions, she was accessible and very kind. We had a problem with the neighbors of the other houses, but we didn't pay attention to them, they didn't like the children splashing and playing in the pool, we went to see the situation and it was just a comment, nothing that affects Alejandra's accommodation. Very clean and tidy, the pool is heated. The house is very good, and with other air conditioners it will cool the upstairs rooms faster. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The terrace is very nice for a family get-together. Highly recommended for a few days of rest.

The entrance to the house is simple and private. the cleanliness in the place was good. The internet, water, electricity, etc. worked properly. It didn't give me time to get into the pool as I went to a wedding, but it looked very cool. The check-in time was flexible, but when leaving it was not, it is necessary to leave at the agreed time. The fractionation is safe and quiet, you will feel at home. Alejandro always attentive. Overall the house is very nice, I liked it. Everything is fine I would definitely come back :D

We spent a weekend as a family. The house fulfilled everything that was offered. The pool was an excellent size, and it was very clean and pleasant. The stay at Jackie's place was excellent. It has air conditioning in each room worth it during the hot nights. The house is right in front of the pool and makes it very convenient to enjoy the cluster environment. The proximity to the village of Tezoyuca and quick access to the highway is very convenient. The person who gave us the house was very friendly and quick, in answering our doubts and needs. We would be happy to come back to rent this unit with Jackie. Excellent service from Hipólito and Francisco, a great place to enjoy and rest

We thought the house was excellent for many reasons: the rooms are in separate spaces which allows for more privacy; the pool and gardens are very nice, despite being in the center of the village; the service of the lady who helps with the cleaning was excellent and we also hired her to cook and she did it very well. We would definitely come back.
