Warren & Mary’s place was perfect for our big family. Plus the barn was worth the extra we paid because we hosted a rehearsal dinner. They are great hosts and we felt very welcomed & cared for. We definitely will be coming back!

This was an amazing stay!!! We had so much fun, wondering around, and enjoying the various amenities! We only left the property, once, to get groceries and bait. There was enough to do, we were busy sun up to sundown!!!

I was in Frisco for a 12 week clinical rotation so this location was perfect for me. It’s private, safe, and clean. There’s no way I would have gotten a short term lease with this much privacy anywhere else in dallas. It’s out in the country about 20 min from Frisco. It’s pretty much glamping, glamorous camping. There are cows, donkeys, and a pony right outside which will greet you when you arrive but are separate from the yard surrounding the trailer. Danny is very responsive and checks in to make sure you’re doing fine. There was a point when the internet stopped working and he jumped right on it! It’s a great place to stay as long as you aren’t looking for a high maintenance place and your okay with things that come along with country living.

Had fun. The beds were uncomfortably hard. But the view from the upstairs balcony was beautiful!

Great little room. Comfy bed. Cold AC. Hot water. Located on Fortunata Winery grounds. Loved being able to walk to the winery. Loved our "blue" room. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful place to stay! The house is situated on a hill with gorgeous views. We spent much of our time there outside enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at Wood Guest Ranch. Such a beautiful and peaceful place with lots of walking trails and natural areas to explore, along with the petting zoo and playground for kids. Laura and all the staff were friendly, easy-going, accomodating and helpful. Appreciated them letting guests stay longer on the land to enjoy the solar eclipse. The cabin was clean and just right for our needs. We can’t wait for our next visit!

This place is a beautiful and cozy place to stay. The farm is pretty and the little store is definitely worth buying from. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that loves a cozy country feel.

Felt right at home. Check in/out went smoothly. Comfortable beds and couch for relaxing. Really enjoyed creating memories with our kids at the pool and making s’mores over the fire one night. We had a wonderful stay. One of our favorite BNB’s.

This was such a neat place. The layout has been well planned and the property was pleasant to walk around. Plus all of the birds I got to see and here. Leslie helped me with all of my questions and I'd definitely stay again.

Shannon gave perfect recommendations for food as well as fun things to do in the area. Her accommodations were five star, the apartment was clean and fully stocked! They restocked the firewood every day while we were out to make sure we had it in the evening time. She took us on an awesome ride throughout the property to meet and greet and feed the cows and donkeys and pigs, etc. Shannon was wonderful! She did a load of laundry for us, even though the washer and dryer was not included with our stay! Highly recommend

We had a great stay at the farmhouse! The house has enough space for all the girls and we loved having the farm as our backdrop for pool days! Leo the dog was so sweet and friendly. We got to make friends with the goats, chickens and cows. Highly recommend using this place as a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

All I can say is WOW! We used the barn for our rehearsal dinner for our wedding and for a small after party. It is gorgeous! The only slightly negative thing about it is sound bounces off the floors and walls so it’s very hard to talk or have music playing in there, but the space was perfect for what we needed it for and we got soooo many compliments! The land is gorgeous, and I have never seen a sunset quite like the one there! The house itself was perfect! So much space for our 12 guests, the bathrooms were clean and stocked! Linens available if needed spares for an air mattress. And as for the host, VERY friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Any questions we had they were answered within minutes and even allowed some flexibility with check out. Overall 10/10 across the board!

He is an outstanding host. I was trying to get food ready for my son's graduation party. I had trouble getting the grill started and he sent someone over within an hour to help me out. Any questions i had he answered without hesitation. He is great with the communication

We absolutely enjoyed our stay, from the horses 🐎, goats 🐐 , chickens 🐓 and ducks 🦆. My girls said they met some new friends and my puppy Labella was more than welcomed. We had issues with the WiFi but the host came and sorted it out right away. We will most definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings and views at all times. Peaceful and quiet with very nice patio setup for dinner and lounging living room to spend time with games and shows.

I absolutely love this property!!! The family all came out and we had so much space and everyone enjoyed the pond and the fire pit! The hosts were amazing!!! I mentioned we could use a few blankets and in less than an hour or so they had delivered beautiful new fuzzy throw blankets! wowzers!!! :) we cant wait to stay again!!!

Charles has a wonderful ranch. Everything was clean, welcoming, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Throughout our stay, Charles was exceptionally helpful and responded almost immediately whenever we had questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend it to everyone. The ranch is truly beautiful, with a friendly atmosphere and many animals around.

Hassy really helped with making a beautiful and fun time for my 4 prom girls. Hassy approved help from my husband, and ultimately the pictures that we took with these girls in their formal gowns will forever be a wonderful and beautiful memory. The place is beautiful on the outside and inside! All of the bathroom counterspace sure helped 4 girls get their hair and faces on point! We will be back when it warms up to utilize the pool as well. We did get one night with S'more's at the firepit! Thanks Hassy for the recommendation of The Venicia Italian Food there in Farmersville! It was Wonderful! Great memory for my High School Seniors!!!!

The place was nice and clean. Loved the master bath! Singamma was very accommodating and responsive.

Thank you so much for making this beautiful facility available to our family to use for our family reunion. It was the perfect size. Room for sitting and eating. Plenty of places to sit and relax. A pool table. Game tables. And the bedrooms were just right. We could not have got a room to meet together for a full day with a kitchen, hotel rooms for 9 people, and paid any less. This place is More than reasonably priced for what you get. But that’s not the best part about staying at Red River Breaks Lodge. The best part is the fact that we felt safe, comfortable, at home, and relaxed while we were there. The decor is just right for the area that the lodge is located. And the views….well if you want to see some beauty in God’s creation try standing on the back porch and looking out over the valley or looking up at the night sky. It will leave you in awe. My family and I look forward to making this a yearly endeavor. So we hope to book with Catherine again next year around this time.

This Airbnb was the perfect location for the bachelor party we had. It was big enough to accommodate everyone and the host was so friendly, helpful and responsive!

10/10. If you need a quick getaway for a fishing trip. It is quite literally 5-10 mins from Denison Dam. 100% recommend!
