Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Within a few miles of the Bois D'Arc Lake and we have plenty of room to park your boat or trailer during your stay.
