Charming Tex-Mex house w/gym

Our aged with grace house is located near the historic district of Texarkana in a humble and down-to-earth community with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly neighbors. It has access to local amenities and it’s just minutes away from the downtown and I-30. We love Texas and we also have a special place for Mexico in our hearts, so we both wanted to add some spice to the house and make it bright, yet very comfortable and relaxing. We offer lots of games, including the cornhole to our guests!

This spacious 3 BR/2 BA is 2,093 sf & can sleep 10 using the 2 sleeper sofas. Enjoy cozying by the fireplace in the main living room while others play a game of ping pong in the game room. Stream shows on one of the multiple smart TVs using our free 1GB of WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked & has an area for dining. Enjoy a fenced in backyard and 2 car garage.
