Holiday houses in Texada Island

This cottage exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family, offering much more space than the photos suggested. It came fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and then some. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. My kids were thrilled to have the pool just across the street, which made our vacation so much more relaxing with easy access to entertainment. The hot tub provided a wonderful spot for unwinding. Being located in a resort meant we had access to fantastic amenities, including a delicious taco and margarita bar right on site and a beautiful Aveda spa that was surprisingly affordable, all within a minute's walk. It truly felt like a getaway!

We had an excellent stay at Heidi's home. Everything was as pictured and described. It was the perfect little getaway in the heart of Courtenay, allowing us to explore and enjoy this beautiful BC gem. Heidi communicated proactively and clearly and we really appreciated this. Our stay exceeded expectations. The photos accurately reflected the space, in some cases actually downplaying it, and the furnishings were good quality and very comfortable. Kelli was responsive, friendly, and did a fantastic job supplying the house with everything you might need. This was easily the most I have felt at home in an AirBnB. One downside is the water, as a bunch of city-folk we did find it quite smelly (showers primarily) and did not like the taste, but we brought in our own water to drink and cook so this was honestly a minor issue we were prepared for. I could go on for days but it was an amazing weekend, we will definitely be booking again.

My partner and our children reserved this lovely home for a retirement celebration with our in laws. The home was spacious for all six of us and our family dog and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The home is nestled in a beautiful mountainous area with lovely views from all the front windows. It's rustic yet modernized layout and structure made it the perfect place to cozy up together or spread out and enjoy some quiet time separately. It's location is close enough to many trails and beach access points to get out and explore. The hot tub, sauna and cold plunge were definitely a highlight for our Spring trip and did not disappoint.

Everything with our stay was wonderful. It was so nice to be welcomed to our room with a couple of waters and pops in the fridge and snacks on the counter. That extra little gesture goes a long way as did the coffee station goodies for our mornings! The to-go cups were the bomb!! Will definitely be booking here again! Condo was clean, quiet, and comfy!

My friends, family, and I had a wonderful time staying at Erica’s place. The home was cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed, truly an amazing space overall! Everything we needed was provided, and the kitchen pantry was well-stocked, especially with a variety of teas that we happily enjoyed (we may have gone through most of them!). Erica was responsive, helpful, and polite in answering all our questions. We’ll definitely recommend her place and won’t hesitate to book again for our next visit. Thank you so much for giving us the BEST STAY EVER!

Pat's place is awesome. We, a family of four - two adults and two kids (one is at teen age and another one is younger), spent a great long weekend there. Bright, cozy condo with great view from almost any window. It fits all of us, has a nice kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Heated pool with a hot tub, which we and kids enjoyed, just downstairs. The Bay is very good for paddle boarding. We did twice over our stay. If tide is low, you can reach a tiny island where you can find lots of purple and orange sea stars, crabs, and oysters. Ladysmith and Nanaimo suggest great dinner options. Nanaimo also has a nice walkable Marina merging into Maffeo Sutton park. If you like hikes, we tried Extension Ridge Trail hike near Nanaimo and can strongly recommend it to anyone. Malahat Tower is a fun place to visit, just one hour of driving from "Inn of the Sea" resort, we've been there, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay again at Pat's place.

All the amenities of home ,great set up for a family anice short walk to beach and having a pool and golf on site was a plus ! Great location for hikes and shopping Barbeque was an asset Great vacation Thanks again Johanna for the wine

Wonderful cottage just on the edge of Rathtrevor. We had friends camping in the park and we didn’t want to camp with a toddler so this was the perfect solution. Pet friendly, private, quiet. Cottage had everything you’d need. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had high chair, pack and play, baby gate. Would stay again!
