Beautiful central riad. Located two minutes from the Royal Palace and Avenue Mohamed V. An 18th-century building with three floors and a terrace with 360º views. It has 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 1 with a bathroom opposite, Arab-style lounges and a kitchen. It is a beautiful house inside the medina. The ground floor has a central courtyard, around which there is an Arab-style lounge with arches, a room with 5-metre-high ceilings with its own bathroom, a toilet, a small lounge and a traditional fountain. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opposite and Arab-style lounges around a balcony that overlooks the central courtyard on the ground floor. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen and an Arab-style living room that, like three of the bedrooms, opens onto a small terrace. And finally, on the third floor, there is a terrace with beautiful views of Tetouan and its mountains. Mounir, and sometimes Maite too, stay at the Riad and can help with anything you need, such as where to go, where to exchange money, what to see in the medina, etc. Otherwise, we can also provide advice online. The most practical way to get around is by taxi, which is cheap. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. As it is a pedestrian street with no exit, the only people who pass by are the neighbours. They are very friendly and willing to help. You can get around the old medina or the centre of Tetouan on foot, as we are right in the centre. You can go to the beach by taxi. There is the option of having someone to assist guests all day. Whether for cooking, shopping, cleaning or accompanying you on excursions. The price would be 10 or 15 euros per day, depending on the number of guests.
