Very nice Villa with plenty of space and privacy, perfect for a big group or family. The host was very responsive and accommodating so I would definitely consider staying here again when I next visit Tunis.

Very good stay at this very well maintained villa. We stayed for a week with my wife and children, everything went very well. Quiet villa, shared pool with 2 small adjoining villas. We retain the kindness of the Khaled dad who welcomed us very warmly and facilitated our departure. The villa is not really in the center of the city but this is not very serious, a good walk does not hurt or taxis are easily accessible for any trip. We recommend this listing that didn't disappoint. If we have the opportunity to come back, we will definitely be coming back to this villa.

Our stay at Balkis’ place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The place itself was impeccable, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the essentials to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, making it easy to get around. Balkis was an exceptional host, easily approachable, very attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

The host was really helpful and friendly, he arranged our transfers from the airport with a really small charge, that’s been really helpful and saved us lots of stress, once we arrived at the villa he had a really warm welcoming, the house it’s really spacious and clean! I start with the host Aziz who is very courteous very responsive and discreet The villa is beautiful the photos on the site do not show all the hidden of the villa in reality the villa is much more beautiful than on the site and a very nice surprise The villa is very authentic and true to its time while offering a formidable comfort. A bookstore is available to occupy young and old as for athletes, a beautiful pool and a large field for exercise We left reluctantly at the end of the stay

This is my second time staying at Zeinab’s! It never disappoints. The apartment was so clean for our arrival. The location is great in my opinion. So close to the walkable Medina, one of my favorite parts of the city. The private rooftop is a great place to spend time in the sun with your morning coffee. The apartment is set up to feel like a home, not an Airbnb rental. I feel so comfortable in it. Thank you for everything Zeinab!

Great stay, everything was very clear and well communicated. We were warmly welcomed. The caretaker and his family are not invasive or disturbing at all. Very cordial and respectful of the rented space. After the first day we didn't even see them again, they are very discreet. The kitchen is top notch. Great for cooking with others. The area is very quiet, and the sea view is great. Very good stay.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful home! The house is perfectly maintained, with a superb garden, ideal for relaxing in peace. It's a real haven of peace. The pool, very clean and well maintained, is shared, but we didn't meet anyone else during our entire stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The owners are extremely discreet, we never met them. A big thank you also to Baya, the housekeeper, who, at our request, prepared delicious small dishes for us. She cooks great! If we were to come back to Tunis, we will definitely stay in this house again. I would highly recommend this rental!

This is a great place to stay. Fatiha is a wonderful host who has taken tremendous care of us. She thoroughly explained everything to us about usage of the house as well as the neighborhood.

Raouf was very welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. I highly recommend it and will not hesitate to return on my next visit.

This is a wonderful place - from the 360° rooftop views to the beautiful decor. Host was always responsive and helpful. I loved the location in the old city near so many wonderful places. You should be aware that you can’t just take a taxi to the front door. Walking will be involved. I loved that, but some might not. Also, serious stairs to the front door that some may find a challenge. But if you don’t have any physical challenges, this place is with the steps. Five stars! Most excellent!

Beautiful and peaceful place. Very relaxing stay. Owner extremely communicative and caring. You can also order the preparation of dinners and breakfasts (additional fee), very tasty. I definitely recommend it.
