The tower is completely self-contained and its pretty, covered balcony offers breathtaking views over the château's truffle orchard. 120 m² house in Saint Benoît near Poitiers, close to Futuroscope (20 minutes), central location for visiting the area (valley of the monkeys, historical monuments...). Riverside walks with views from the viaduct in Saint Benoît. The house consists of 4 large bedrooms of about 17 m² with shower room and toilet. An open kitchen area with a living room of about 40 m². Easy parking on the unenclosed grounds. Sheets/towels provided. Baby amenities.
