Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

Charming rural gite, shared use of pool/games room

La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

'The Studio'

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings)

Located in the heart of the City of Writing and the old town, on the Old Market Square, we invite you to stay in our gîte, a stone's throw from bookstores, artists' shops and sites to visit. The studio consists of a small bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk and a comfortable double bed. Bed linen and towels will be ready upon arrival and we will also leave you a list of our favourite addresses. Coffee and tea available.

Studio of 25m2, in quiet village, giving access to hiking trails. 38 minutes from Val de Vienne, close to Futuroscope, 1 hour from Limoges and Poitiers and 5 minutes from Dorat, train station 3 minutes away connecting Poitiers - Limoges. In the studio: a sofa area with TV, a 140×200 bed and ensuite bath. In another room a kitchenette (airfryer, microwave, induction plate) and toilet. Garage available (bike or motorcycle).

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual entrance door. A private terrace with a hot tub (closed from Oct 06 to April 10) and a garden furniture allow sunbathing, accessed by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.
