Beachfront holiday rental in Terrasini

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

Gaetano was an excellent host! I requested a ride from the airport which I recommend. He suggested the beaches to see and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend staying at this apt. I can’t wait to return!

The apartment is simply amazing, the view is breathtaking and very well located, there is everything you need for your comfort, on top of that the host is very welcoming and accommodating, the apartment is close to restaurants, beaches and activities.

I stayed in Marilù's house for a week and I had a great time, nothing is missing. The house is very nice, clean, and tidy. Very close to the beach, the minimarket (perfect for shopping because there is everything), the pharmacy, the bar and the restaurants. Marilù and Giuseppe are special, very kind and helpful. I felt at home, I hope to return!

Eleonora made us feel very welcomed. we enjoyed our stayed at her place, it felt like home. We had a great time, and definitely will book again next time.

Very clean and Bright apartment very close to the beach. Within an easy walking distance of the town centre with its many bars and restaurants. Quite a pleasant walk along the beach promenade. The accommodation has a separate living area and bedroom with good air-conditioning. The living area is quite small, but it also has large comfortable outside areas for seating and dining with good shade. Ample parking also.

Villa Claudia is place where you experience Sicilian hospitality and comfort at the highest level. From the very beginning, you feel at home – Marco and his mama are incredibly kind and helpful, and a very warm welcome with dishes of Sicilian specialties. Villa Claudia impresses with exceptional cleanliness, lovingly and stylishly furnished rooms. The spacious beds with firm mattresses, plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, pool and outdoor grill provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. For trips to Palermo or the more distant sandy beaches, a car is recommended, but within walking distance you’ll find a rocky beach, a super well-equipped small supermarket (B+F), and “Ganci” – always open for very affordable snacks, cafe, gelato, or a spritz. Villa Claudia offers the best of both worlds: ideal for spending a few relaxing days there and as a perfect base to begin wonderful experiences in Palermo, at lively beaches, or in the hinterland.

Zaira’s place was perfect for our first time in Palermo/Sicily. Explored downtown, some local villages, and Zingaro Nature Reserve before taking car ferry to Sardinia. Pool area was awesome and her garden immaculate. Thanks very much!

We had a lovely stay at Veronica's apartment. Small but clean and kitchen has everything you could need. It's a great location, lots to do around and a great pizza restaurant just down the road. We hired a car so was conveniently located to travel around the island. Veronica was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for having us.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made us feel at home, providing great local tips and always being available for any questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host, this is the place to be

We were a girls' group in the villa and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

We had a wonderful time staying at her home! I mistakenly thought it would be family-friendly since a crib was listed. It is not family-friendly and best for couples 😊. I arrived with my husband, 2.5 year old, and a baby. She could’ve kicked us out (listing is for max 2 people- I misread), but she allowed us to stay after talking with the authorities. She also could’ve charged us more but did not. We are extremely grateful. Everything else was perfect! It’s a great home and sooo close to the beach!

What happiness! We spent 2 weeks in the accommodation and loved everything: the welcome of Andrea who accompanied us in Sferracavallo to show us all his favorite places, the little touches in the kitchen (wine, coffee, biscuit, garlic, basil, etc.), the advice (restaurant, transport...), the interior decoration, the sunny terrace. We did everything by train & bus, the train station 10 minutes walk (with airport access and Palermo center) is a great asset to travel simply (and cheap) to Sicily! We were so good that we even extended our stay and again, Andrea was adorable and very flexible. We already dream of coming back with friends or family to enjoy all the rooms! We were completely happy with the place! The view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, well equipped and very well maintained – as was the kitchen. Communication with Andrea went smoothly. Particularly helpful: he organised a taxi for us from the airport and was always available. Andrea was very accommodating to us in everything and made the stay really pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located near the centre of Mondello – we could easily reach the beach on foot. There are many great restaurants in the area, and Palermo is also easy to reach by bus. Our stay in Mondello was great – not least thanks to Andrea and his beautiful accommodation. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

Rosario’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and for enjoying the beach. Loved the huge terrazzo to spend family time! He was a great host offering suggestions and was very friendly and responsive. The amenities offered were wonderful and made our stay feel like home. Definitely would recommend his place for a relaxing holiday as it is away from city central.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

We had a great time! Gisella and her son are very friendly, always available and welcoming. The apartment is simple, clean, quiet and very pleasant to live in. The terrace is ideal, especially for breakfast in the sun with a view of the peaceful sea. The location was perfect for us, central to visit the different sites of Sicily that we had planned: we were able to make a beautiful discovery every day. We rented a car to get around and it was a real ideal starting point to explore the island and its beauties,😍 some corners are heavenly. We were happy to return late at night to Gisella's apartment where the great environmental calm made the nights refreshing. Thank you very much for the attention you paid to us on our arrival for our birthday. It was very touching. We stayed 10 days from 23 May to 3 June and it was a wonderful discovery trip ☀️❤️
