Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Terracina

Everything is great , the beach is 1 minute away, the kitchen , air conditioning for cooling and heating, grocery stores in 10 minutes, there are many restaurants in the city, there are both paid and free beaches nearby, an hour by train or car to Rome. The phone is quite convenient. Lots of dishes , but for some reason there are no cups and knives, that's the only inconvenience

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Hospitality and kindness are the words suitable for describing the owner Porzia and the co-host Oriana ,I communicated everything at the last minute and there was no problem,the apartment is as in the photos and the view is priceless, perfect location to visit the historic center. We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

Matteo is a great host. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend staying at his place. The property was neat and clean and everything was provided for my stay.

The apartment itself exceeded my expectations: it was spacious, comfortable, and well located, making it easy to explore Rome. Everything was spotless and well-organized, which added to the overall comfort. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here!

Decent little house, that offers the warmth of your own home.

A beautiful house with great views! It’s private, clean, spacious, well-equipped with everything we need. Check-in and communication with Maria is very easy and we also got great recommendations for restaurants. Bonus is 2 cute dogs 🐶🥰

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Fauno with excellent hospitality from the host Gabriella and Francesco who organized a beautiful day for us on the boat with lunch and swimming. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need; strategic with respect to shuttle bus, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. We'd love to come back.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Really pleasant stay in Maria's apartment, on two levels, very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (dishes, pans, TV, napkins), and the pellet stove heats perfectly. The apartment is in a quiet countryside area, perfect for relaxing, and private parking is very convenient. Maria was very kind and also told us about her Alpaca, from which she obtains beautiful artisanal products

Impeccable apartment, perfect location a stone's throw from Serapo beach. Alessia and Tania are very kind and super helpful. We arrived after a long trip with two small children and found all the comforts possible, which is not at all obvious

We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

A wonderful view from which you would never disconnect frame the accommodation, cared for with the kindness that distinguishes Silvia, her mother and her sister. The apartment is simple but very equipped, and equipped with precautions that are not always found in b&b (detergents, coffee, oil, salt, etc.). Despite the surprise (my mistake in not reading well because it was absolutely written!) in understanding that the space of the terrace I believed was private was actually shared, our accommodation did not lack anything, not even privacy. Four beautiful days, and a simply perfect location to explore Ponza and have all the comforts at your fingertips.

We enjoyed our stay in Anzio in the apartment very much. You can do anything on foot. Chiara welcomed us, she's adorable. The apartment is very clean. There's everything you need in the apartment. We would have stayed much longer.
