loved being up on the hillside. they are a very warm and welcoming couple. they have fixed up the place over the last few years and it is amazing we stayed in the lower room and it was great, they have a 2nd up above they showed me and it absolutely gorgeous. the only issue I had was that the directions that are given from the Airbnb link take you one town over up a farming hill that needs 4 wheel drive but once I figured out the correct address with Monica's help it was very easy. "Via Coste 8 San vittorino Province of isernia" is the address that got me there

Great place to stay in Lanciano

This is our second time at Giovanni’s place and probably won’t be the last. We love Penne and Giovanni’s is right on the main square. Lovely place, all good things.

The accommodation was very easy to reach thanks to the precise instructions and additional photos for clarification. Communal areas (living room and bathroom) were clean upon our arrival. Our room was also very clean, everything necessary was available as described. The city centre and the beach are about 20 minutes' walk from the accommodation, but that was not a problem. The apartment is quite noisy, so we heard, for example, the screaming of the child of neighbours and also the music of a bar from the street in the room. However, this is not uncommon in a city like Pescara and therefore did not bother or surprise us. The bed was very comfortable, great praise to the landlord.

I only stayed in one of Alessio's rooms for one night. Everything is completely new and very attentive to details. A very peaceful and easy area for any trip

It was a very pleasant stay, very attentive and detailed, everything was very clean and located in a beautiful village with an ideal environment. It is recommended for everyone already traveling alone or as a family

We stayed in Geraldo’s place only for one night as a stop on our road trip through the southern coast of Italy. It was such a wonderful starting point and we wish we could have stayed longer. The house is even better then the photos. Geraldo’s wife and daughter are lovely. Geraldo showed us a restaurant recommendation and the seafood dinner was amazing! The beds were comfortable the space was plentiful. It’s where the wheat fields and the grape vines overlook the sea. Hosts live next door so always available. Parking and gated entry to the driveway and around the house. Highly recommend!

I spent five perfect days. Tiziana and her mother were always very kind and helpful. The house is very well located in the centre of the island to reach all the coves, trails and restaurants on foot. The room was perfect, clean and tidy every day, the breakfast good and generous. I recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon! Thank you

What a fantastic experience! Dianne is a super cozy and incredibly friendly woman who makes you feel at home right away. Her cottage is really a gem – cozy, cozy and located in a top location. You immediately feel the love in the house, not only from Dianne herself, but also from her three great dogs. Together they have 11 paws, which makes the house even more special and heartwarming. A unique and loving place where you are guaranteed to leave with a smile. Recommended!

My partner and I visited Villetta Barrea for a weekend. We found in Ellera Verde a beautiful place, right in the center of Villetta Barrea and with a great view. Leandrina was immediately very welcoming, friendly and helpful, sharing her local experience with us, and making us find a great breakfast in the morning. The place is quiet, well connected by car with all the main walks and attractions of the area, just the relaxation we needed!

B&B BellaVista is a little gem in a small village on the high Molisana hill. The view from the room is worth the name of the property. Kevin's family was very kind and hospitable, the breakfast was good and plentiful with a wide selection of both sweet and savory products. The apartment is clean, new, very equipped and with a care and attention to detail worthy of a 4-star! We stopped on the way to Puglia, but it can be an excellent solution for several days. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The apartment was just like in the photos – modern, clean and well appointed. Location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and places of interest nearby. We particularly liked the quietness in the apartment despite the central location. The host was very friendly and helpful. The communication was fast and uncomplicated, which made our stay even more pleasant. All in all it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return again. Highly recommend!
