Az épület első emeletén lifttel közelíthető meg és fedett erkéllyel rendelkezik. Ingyenes, fedett parkolási lehetőség a zárt udvarban. Mindkét helység klimatizált és egy 108 cm-es, és egy 140 cm-es LED tv-vel, ingyenes kábeltv adással, és wifi-vel ellátott. Teljes értékű amerikai konyha mosogatógéppel, kávé és tea bekészítéssel szolgálja a lakókat.

The apartment is located 10 minutes from the central station and also from the city center, in a quiet residential area on the Bega River. The bedroom is upstairs, creating a private rest area. On the lower level there is a bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and TV. Whatever the purpose of your trip to Timisoara, you will find this apartment very comfortable and you will feel at home.

A lakás mindössze pár perces sétára található a város népszerű látványosságaitól. Autóra nem lesz szükséged, hiszen rövid sétával számos étterem, cukrászda, bár, kávézó, élelmiszerbolt és híres nevezetesség elérhető. Az egyik irányba a belváros sétálóutcája, a Kárász utca 150 méterre, míg a másik irányba ugyanilyen távolságra a Tisza partját érheted el. A híres Dóm tér sincs messze, ahol a Szegedi Szabadtéri Játékokat rendezik, mindössze 450 méteres séta választ el tőle.

This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi. The apartment is an open-space studio with a king size bed, a couch, a dining area and a kitchenette. Smoking is not allowed inside, is allowed only on terrace.

Ceo objekat je namešten u autentičnom stilu seoskog ambijenta. Dve terase za odmor i druženje i veliko dvorište. Ima mogućnost za smeštaj kućnih ljubimaca. Banja Kanjiža je na udaljenosti od 7 km. Nema stalnu posadu, samo po potrebi. Doručak nije u ponudi.
