Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Stiamo ristrutturando il portico all'esterno,ci scusiamo per il disagio. Posizionato vicino l'ingresso della superstrada per raggiungere con poco tempo mare e montagna. Vicino l'università di veterinaria. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra. All'ingresso si trova uno spazioso salotto con tv,divanoletto e tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è fornita di lavastoviglie,forno,4 fuochi e frigo!Due camere una matrimoniale e una con letto a 1 piazza e mezzo.Nel cortile c'è una telecamera di sicurezza.
