Beachfront holiday rental in Teramo

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

Esperienza ottima! Ho soggiornato a Tortoreto Lido da Titti e mi sono trovato davvero bene. La casa era pulitissima, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza tranquilla. La posizione è perfetta: a due passi dal mare, ma in una zona tranquilla dove si dorme bene anche la notte. Titti è stata un’host eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronta a dare una mano se serviva qualcosa. Comunicazione veloce e precisa, mai invadente ma sempre presente al momento giusto. La casa è comoda, con spazi ben organizzati, aria condizionata, parcheggio facile e anche un piccolo balcone molto utile. Ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie. Consiglio assolutamente il soggiorno da lei. Se torno a Tortoreto, scelgo di nuovo Titti senza dubbio!

Soggiornato nell'appartamento di Simona durante la prima settimana di settembre. Famiglia composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 10 anni. Simona host precisa, gentile e molto disponibile. Casa impeccabile in tutto, sia negli accessori della cucina tra cui bilancia, forbice ecc, che negli elettrodomestici forniti: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, aspirapolvere folletto. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio parcheggio riservato e si trova direttamente sul mare/spiaggia libera attraversando il cancelletto dello stabile. La presenza della pista ciclabile/pedonale permette di muoversi liberamente e in sicurezza. Negozi, supermercati eurospin/conad, panettiere, farmacia, ristoranti tutti a portata di mano (500m, 700m). Casa e host consigliatissima! Soggiorno nel totale relax!

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

In vacanza nel giugno 2024 negli appartamenti di Mikaela. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: probabilmente non esiste spiaggia migliore di Tortoretto. L'appartamento è luminoso, non caldo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Mikaela, grazie per la bella vacanza!

So pleased with our stay at Sara’s. From beginning to end Sara was always responsive and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable and the views of the sea from every room were amazing. We did not expect to use the pool very much but in the end used it everyday for a cool dip in the evening. Hope to come back someday!!

L'Host Alessandro è stato fin da subito disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste e a fornire informazioni utili al soggiorno. Ci ha fatto addirittura trovare una specialità dolciaria del posto (Bocconotti) come benvenuto. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato provvisto di tutti i confort. Alessandro ci ha inoltre omaggiato, addirittura, di una lattina di olio di sua produzione. In poche parole ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Ottima esperienza !!!! Consigliatissimo !!!!!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gern kommen.

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Convenient location to walk to the beach, plenty of parking in front of the building, you may walk to the restaurants. The unit is spacious, and everything works fine. Antonio was responsive and helpful with the check in and out, and other questions during the stay.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Wohnung in Pescara! Von Anfang an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt – die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen, sondern auch absolut makellos sauber. Alles war bis ins Detail durchdacht, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in dieser Wohnung steckt. Schon der erste Kontakt mit Enrico – beim Schreiben und Buchen – hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat Enrico uns außerdem mit großartigen Tipps versorgt, die unseren Urlaub noch besser gemacht haben – ob Restaurants, Strände oder kleine Geheimtipps in der Umgebung: Alles war einfach nur mega hilfreich! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Enrico – er ist wirklich ein absoluter Superhost! The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

Federico has a beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean apartment in an ideal location... just across the road from the sea, and very easy walk to Pescara cental. Federico was super helpful and allowed us to check in early, clearly communicating along the way. We would return and highly recommend!
