Great Studio Downtown - Kadushi Chiki

Guesthouse studio Kadushi Chiki is located downtown Kralendijk. Private dive locker and rinse area right at your front door. Easily walk to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, seawall promenade, dive shops and most conveniently Cha Cha Cha Beach is only a 1 min walk away were you are able to swim, snorkel and shore dive. A convenience store is less then a couple of blocks away with several larger grocery stores all within 1 km from the studio. We are a non-smoking/vaping property.

Kas Allegro B right by the sea

We loved staying at Caren’s! The location was excellent, the view was phenomenal–all just as presented. Caren was available and helpful but never invasive. I truly felt like we had a private space the entire time. The accommodations were modern, clean and functional. We were thrilled to get access to the rooftop terrace, even though we rented a lower unit. There were no guests staying upstairs during our visit, so Caren graciously let us use the rooftop when we wanted, which was magical. Amazing views; perfect sunsets. Would definitely stay here again. The beautiful views, convenient location, excellent communication and utopian surroundings more than made up for it! Thank you so much for a lovely experience. We will be back!

Will and Astrid were INCREDIBLY responsive, even granting us extra time for checkout on our last day (we had a later flight and it was so nice to be able to stay in the apartment rather than hang out at the airport for hours). Will also very responsive when we had some issues getting the induction cooktop to work (it had been accidentally locked). Overall great experience. I will say the area is very safe but wasn't the greatest for my husband (a runner) and myself (a walker) as the nearest road is muddy, lacks sidewalks, and is quite busy. We heard a lot of cars in the night. Location is fantastic, though, for grocery stores, the airport, Te Amo beach and just getting around quickly. A dive shop is across the parking lot.

We had an excellent stay here. The hosts, Alexandra & Jan, were very responsive & helpful with the check-in & check-out, as well as other questions that came up during our stay. The apartment had great amenities, we especially enjoyed the pool and having a washing machine.

The house immediately gives the Caribbean vibes. The interior is well maintained and clean. Plenty of towels/bed linen and kitchen equipment are available. Very friendly welcome that had already prepared ice-tea and a few fresh pints in the fridge for us. There is 2 kayaks and a large barbecue. The pool is maintained by the pool boy. No negative note. Also very friendly that we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted on the last day because no new tenants came (and we had a late flight). Very satisfied also with its location: perfect base to explore the island with your scooter (a "round South", "round North"), the Te Amo beach and a few minutes drive to the supermarkets and the center of Kralendijk.
