Accommodation that matches the images shown. It has mosquito nets on doors and windows, so for me it's a plus. It fulfills absolutely all the functions of an apartment because it has a coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, so the heat wasn't a problem. There is a shop and an Oxxo that you can walk to. And the shopping centre is also very close by car. Accessible and quiet area, I will definitely return if I stay in Tepic again.

A small but very well distributed house, the PRI could have air conditioning, it is located within a private estate so it offers a lot of security. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our concerns, she was always attentive, my stay was very short so I could not enjoy all the amenities offered by this accommodation but definitely highly recommended

The house was just as it was in the photos. A very quiet place and the house is very cozy, the terrace is great because it has a grill. She is close to everything and the truth is that we had a great time. The only thing is that when I arrived it was a little dirty in the kitchen.

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.
