- Enjoy Japanese houses - "Maroya" is a beautiful house built with traditional methods in the Taisho period. The house was vacant for a quarter of a century, but it is currently being rebuilt with the cooperation of volunteers.It is a valuable building where you can feel the history and culture of Enju.We are booking with someone who can use it as a precious to bring it to the next generation.　 You can do some basic cooking in the kitchen.You can also cook rice on the kamado (traditional Japanese hearth).If you'd like some, please speak to the manager.I am willing to help. There is no screen door.Occasionally, insects will be disturbed.In early summer, fireflies may appear along the nearby waterways. * This is an entire house, but please rest assured that the manager lives in a separate building.Let us know if you need any help. * Coffee corner on the premises (sometimes there are exhibits.)is attached to the.There may be people coming in and out near the coffee corner from the gate. * There are a few domestic cats that sometimes come in and out of the house.Cat lovers are welcome. Fuji from the living room window, have a BBQ on the large balcony with Mt. Fuji in the background, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a forest bath in the outdoor rest space. There is a large fire pit in the garden, and you can talk around the fire. Also, there is a high fence in the garden, so you don't have to worry about your dog running away if you bring it with you. The 20-tatami living room has a sunken hearth (currently unavailable) and you can enjoy the old Japanese private house. There is a backyard at the end of the dirt floor that continues from the entrance, and you can walk around freely.
