Our stay was amazing! We loved the home and there was great communication!

Great place! Easy walk to Broadway! Great communication with the owners! Tip-Getting into the building is a little bit tricky the first time, make sure you read all of the great instructions provided before arriving!

Great place to stay for the wedding we attended at Twin Creeks. Close to everything. Walnut Hill is great for coffee every morning. We would stay here again.

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

Enjoyed a great mother/daughter weekend shopping in the Gulch and attending CMA fest.

Beds were comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed my time and the convenience of being downtown.

Will return again when in town!

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

A beautiful and spacious home that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the house was tastefully furnished with lovely furniture and artwork. The basement was full of fun activities, and the backyard and outdoor space were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Richard’s place was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The interior was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. We especially loved the private porch and hot tub—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Richard was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was a great place for our family to enjoy the Smokey Mountains for a week. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues with bugs, which is to be expected in the mountains and they were quick to respond and drop off a spray. My kids loved the pool table and video game in the lowest level. A 4x4 vehicle of some sort would be the best to reach the house, since it’s at the top of a steep road. Overall, this is a beautiful mountain retreat where many family memories were made.

The place was beautiful, fully equipped with everything you can possibly need on a daily basis. Great for families,with a crib, play pen and a high chair. Don and Joan were quick to respond to messages. My family loved this place and it was worth every penny. Will definitely recommend to everyone planning on visiting the area. We loved this home. The beds were so comfortable and kitchen had everything you could want or need. We loved that the downstairs recreation room was separated by a whole floor from the master bedroom. Our adult kids stayed up late and did karaoke until the wee hours and we didn’t hear anything upstairs. Last night we chilled in front of the large screen and watched a movie and it was wonderful. If we ever are back in Chattanooga, we will stay in this home.

Had a great stay here! There were only four of us but would have been plenty of room for more. Hot tub was great, home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was fairly easy to drive to some locations and easy to Uber to others. Really enjoyed the home!

Our stay was great. The space was large and clean. The dock was great. We love coming to Tim Ford and will put this place on our list to stay again.

Great place! Very clean and spacious! On the trolly route so easy to get to town. We loved it ! Only wish i knew that kids were not permitted to go off on thier own on the property. I had two 13 year old boys Otherwise perfect place to stay

Slight delay upon arrival as unit had not been cleaned from previous guest. Reached out and maid was notified of change in guest. Location was fantastic so we were able to go do something fun while waiting for maid to come clean. Location is fantastic and right off parkway. Walking distance to many places. Close to everything and easy to access. Plenty of parking.

The stay was great and in a great location!! We had bought food for our breakfast in and went to a restaurant for the other meals! Only thing is that the kitchen didn’t have salt and pepper shakers but other than that it was very nice!!

Donna was an exceptional and accommodating host from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any concerns we shared during our stay. My team truly enjoyed the space — this beautiful loft quickly became our go-to gathering spot. The expansive windows in the living room were a true showstopper and added so much light and charm to the experience. Highly recommend!
