Located off the beaten track, surrounded by forests and pastures, with an open view of the Pieniny Mountains and Mount Żar, it offers something that is becoming increasingly difficult to experience: silence, space and true peace. Mornings here begin with light streaming through large windows and a view of the mists rising over the meadows. Evenings — from sunsets and absolute silence.

Grand Chalet

Grand Chalet is a luxurious 250 sqm villa in the heart of Podhale with a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains. Guests can enjoy: 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a jacuzzi with a view, a sauna, a game room with billiards and PS5, a fitness area, a fiber optic work room, a children's corner, a fireplace and a year-round barbecue. The villa offers comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The perfect place for a family holiday, meeting friends or a workation – comfort, modernity and a unique atmosphere in one.

Under Cupryna

Bacówka pod Cupryną is a family place in the heart of Podhale that we want to share with you. The place, created by our grandfather, has been a gathering place for our family and friends for over 30 years. On the ground floor of the shepherd's hut, there is a kitchen with a dining room, a living room where you can warm up by the fireplace, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms – 2 separate rooms and 1 walk-through room – where 6 people can sleep comfortably. There will also be a place for your pet!

Green Hill

We invite you to a new comfortable log house located in an exceptionally quiet corner of the picturesque Sidzina. Our house combines traditional wooden construction with modernity, functionality and comfort. From the windows of the house and from the terrace there is a stunning view of the hills of the Żywiec Beskids. We designed the interiors to provide each guest with privacy and comfort. Large glazing allows you to admire the surrounding nature from each of the rooms. Relax in the heart of nature :)

Welcome to the house located in the Island Beskids at the foot of the Luboń Wielki mountain. From here you have access to 102 peaks that are visited by thousands of tourists every year. Routes for entire families. Distance to Zakopane 50 km. The distance to the nearest ski slope is 12 km. Exclusive access to the Jacuzzi (one-day use PLN 50 - prepayment) Optionally, you can rent a quad from us. The house is fully equipped. All you have to bring with you is a good mood :) The usable area is 90 meters.

Our modern, atmospheric home is the perfect space for relaxation, a weekend getaway, a romantic stay or a family holiday. The 80m² house is located on a large, fenced plot. The interior has been designed to combine comfort with a unique atmosphere. A spacious large living room, open mezzanine, wooden stairs and brick wall give the interior a loft character. One-level apartment (100 m2) located in a wooden house at an altitude of 1050 above sea level!!! The entrance is separate. The apartment has a large terrace, we provide deckchairs. The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!

I have a cozy wooden cottage to offer. The advantage of the cottage is the space, stone terrace and a place to have a bonfire and barbecue. This unique cottage in the countryside has a unique atmosphere and is decorated with love, you can feel at home. Downstairs, there is a small living room with a comfortable sofa where you can chill, read, watch TV (library available). In the living room, there is a wooden chest with a yoga mat, belts, blocks and blankets.

Right next to it there is a yellow trail to Luboń Wielki, and within a dozen kilometers there are other hiking trails.
