Good host, we had great communication, was responsive to our queries early. The spacious place, as far as the distance is 10 minutes from downtown walking. Inside we found everything we needed.

Excellent location, super safe building since it has an intercom at the entrance, once you register you enter the building with an access key. Very kind concierge, I help us with the parking and explain everything very well. Nice, tidy and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is very cute and comfortable, it is very close to the main places of Temuco. Very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable! the only thing missing was a microwave to warm up something quickly and some extra set of keys to handle the family group independently. The owner's attention was good, from before booking until after checkout, always answering questions in a very short time. The building has a 24-hour front desk staff and very friendly.

the accommodation exceeded our expectations, the house is very spacious with beautiful furniture and wonderful rooms. The park is huge, very cared for and with beautiful plants and flowers..... they have a pool, quincho, tennis court... ideal to come with the family!! the firewood heating and the smaller rooms are very good... it creates an ideal environment to enjoy at night 🤩 the attention of Katherine and her family was excellent.. super friendly and attentive for everything we need!! we will definitely be back! thank you very much!

Everything is excellent! The apartment's location is very good, close to a supermarket and an outlet. The apartment complex has private security. Diego's attention was excellent, super clear on the check-in instructions and friendly. 10 points!
