excellent apartment and very good access. Host is quick to respond very attentive!

Perfect location for what we needed (being close to the Hospital) as well as shopping, restaurants and supermarket. Super clean and tidy (except for the cigarette smell that was there the day we arrived, but nothing else) Some amenities such as coffee, tea, oil, salt are appreciated. The building is new, with a concierge and parking!

The apartment was very comfortable, it has a very good location, it also has a garage. The very helpful host.

Erwin is a 10! attentive to everything! The apartment is small, (as shown in the photos and description), but clean and in an excellent location.

I loved it, even though it wasn't for a trip, but I felt at home, everything in perfect condition and the host responded quickly. In fact, I forgot some things and she was very kind and agreed to send them by parcel. I recommend it!!

We are family of four ( 2adults and 2 children- teenagers) enjoyed our stay at this appartment. All was cleaned, new. Nice kitchen with oven with all needed and even much. Erwin was always helping us with advices. We wish Erwin good luck and nice guests🔥

The apartment of Nancy says that it is beautiful is little, everything is very clean, tidy and harmonious. The decor is beautiful, very cozy and comfortable. The dpto is conveniently located within walking distance of Av. Germany and the Portal Mall. Nancy is divine, super attentive very loving, she was very nice to deal with. I definitely already have my place every time I go to Temuco.

The accommodation is located near the Portal Temuco, away from the city center. which makes a quiet place to rest in the evenings after being outside all day. The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. The host, Joaquin, very attentive, we arrived much later than expected and waited for us with a big smile. Every query we made to him, he responded quickly. 100% recommended!!!

Simple but cozy house, with all the necessary elements, good beds, parking for 2 vehicles, well heated, in general everything was ok. Even with some snacks and drinks for a fee, but very necessary. The host a 7,....I would return without hesitation.

Gino's accommodation is very nice, comfortable and with all the necessary things for a good stay. Gino is very attentive, always answering my questions. Definitely a place to come back to, 100% recommended.

the accommodation exceeded our expectations, the house is very spacious with beautiful furniture and wonderful rooms. The park is huge, very cared for and with beautiful plants and flowers..... they have a pool, quincho, tennis court... ideal to come with the family!! the firewood heating and the smaller rooms are very good... it creates an ideal environment to enjoy at night 🤩 the attention of Katherine and her family was excellent.. super friendly and attentive for everything we need!! we will definitely be back! thank you very much!

Extraordinary stay in a beautiful country house, with excellent facilities, with lots of style and comfort, but best of all was the beautiful setting and tranquility of a large house in a large space without distractions. I totally recommend if you want to go to rest!

Everything is excellent! The apartment's location is very good, close to a supermarket and an outlet. The apartment complex has private security. Diego's attention was excellent, super clear on the check-in instructions and friendly. 10 points!

An absolutely recommendable experience! From the first moment, the host was very friendly and attentive, making everything easy for our stay to be perfect. The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Every detail is designed for guest convenience. The location is excellent: functionally strategic for moving around Temuco and with quick access to the main points of interest. The building has parking, which was a great plus, especially considering that it is difficult to find well-located places that also offer this facility. A very important point is that the place is Pet Friendly, which we deeply appreciate, as we were able to enjoy the trip in the company of our pet without complications. We would definitely come back.
