This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Small dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 - passed on to our cleaning company for additional cleaning between guests. Unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy sensitivities. They land outside our fence most days!
