No one else lives there just a kitten who sleeps outside, but I'm a neighbor and I'm always attentive, it's a very quiet place!

The house is very close to the Centro de Valle, it is inside a set of houses with a very nice garden and parking, the place is very quiet, without noise and with a lot of light. You can leave your car parked and reach the center of the village walking in 10 minutes and in 5 to the Crafts Market. The house is very spacious and cozy. I really like to serve and share my home, in Xochicalli you will feel at home! We have another matrimonial room in case more family or friends come!

The property has an equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and a beautiful roofed terrace overlooking the village and the mountains. Our prime location allows you to walk to the main attractions of Puebl such as the Zócalo, the lake, the paragliding landing, restaurants. Parking does not have parking.

We are a 10-minute drive from downtown, 5 minutes from the bus terminal, 15 minutes from the municipal pier. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are also 3 minutes from the entrance to the La Peña viewpoint, where you can see all of Valle de Bravo from above.

The house is located 10min walk from the center of the village, has a nice garden, is very bright and very spacious, has another room that I also rent and the bathroom is in the common space, but there is enough space because the room and kitchen are very spacious! I have a very friendly and loving puppy!
