Scandinavian not because of the furniture from IKEA, but because in the bends of the Žemaitija River we cherish a unique tradition of Scandinavian rest - without electricity and running water. The homestead has everything you need: a sauna to relax the body, a stream to refresh the soul, a gas stove for a morning cup of coffee, a fireplace for a long evening, a grill for a delicious steak, a water well to quench your thirst, a safe and cozy living space for a family or friends to gather.

In the homestead, you can enjoy the newly equipped sauna-sauna, use of the hot tub, and the pool table that never wake up. Also on the large projector screen you will be able to watch your favorite shows on TELIA TV, in the evening like to watch a movie or a basketball game in the theater. On a 90m2 terrace, everyone who wants to have a coffee or some other drink will find their own corner on the terrace. By the way, you'll have access to a barbeque-grill and improve your body tan on the loungers in the enclosed backyard space.
