Vanne is an excellent host at all times attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and an excellent beach location. The very nice beach can be put in one without worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention a luxury of a clear person that we will return. I felt right at home. Thank you very much

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

The house is very nice, very well furnished both in furniture and kitchen utensils, tastefully decorated and very much in keeping with the place. The view is beautiful with the sea in front, a private place without crowds and quiet.

We stayed at Jorge's place with the 6 of us for 5 days. This AirBnB is abaolutely gorgeous. It's like you walked straight into a pinterest picture. The house is super well furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. and the views.. oh my. beautiful! The bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully made and the bathrooms have everything you need and are clean! Jorge was very flexible about an earlier check in, welcomed us at the house and explained all the important things. He also provided us with some local tips for restaurants and made sure to answer all our questions in a very timely manner. We had a great time at this place and we will for sure consider coming back in the future.

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

The house was clean and with the amenities listed in the publication. The place has an exceptional view of the sea. In general, everything was very good.

I spent the last 2 weeks of my trip in this cottage working in seclusion. This place was enchanting and inspiring! When the sea is turbulent, it looks a little dark because of the washed-up grasses (so indeed no hail white beach and blue sea). But I found the proximity to the water and the constant sound of the waves incredibly soothing! I loved the remote location of this charming village. I had a rental car. Village of Dzitzantun, where you can do groceries, is about a 20-minute drive but Yavier was kind enough to bring groceries if needed. He and wife Melba were really friendly and helpful! They took coconuts from the tree and cut them in half so I could drink coconut juice. The house is well equipped and a bit outdated but I didn't mind. In the opposite lake lives an alligator that we could spot, very cool! Cenote Dzonot Dziik (20min drive) is worth a visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Rodolfo’s place! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Rodolfo is a fantastic host—very responsive and thoughtful. One suggestion I would make to future guests is to confirm ahead of time which amenities are actually available, as in our case, the paddle court, glamping area, and chicken farm were not available and we only found out upon check-in. That said, Rodolfo handled the situation incredibly well and offered a great solution that more than made up for it. This is definitely a place I’ll be booking again in the future! Highly recommended.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

Great stay. Small problem with check-in time but Abril was effective in communicating and offering to check out from the villa. The villa was perfect for a small group that had a wedding not far from the villas. Great pool, perfect beach club. Ideal house to share with its three bedrooms with private bathrooms. Very clean. Great value for money. We will keep this place to definitely come back. The only challenge is that without a car it's harder. Uber rarely comes and are hard to have. Certainly with a car it's a little more friendly. Thanks for our stay!

What a pleasant and quiet stay, the place and the house are beautiful. We asked few questions because before check-in they had already told us everything we needed, if we managed to disconnect as we wanted. Something we cannot fail to mention, is the beauty of the beach, being clear that to preserve it like this, not only are the effects of the environment, it has a lot to do with the decisions they have made to preserve it over time, one of them, the vegetation of dune. Thank you very much for everything!!

Our group of 6 adults had a WONDERFUL stay at Michael's house. The views of the beach from just the dinning room table were incredible. We loved we had our own little beach access and a pool. The areas to hang out are endless, I don't think we even got to them all. We were here for about a week and we seriously considered seeing if we could extend our stay. Michael was an incredible host, very responsive and helped with any issues we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

There were 7 of us and we all loved the house and the location . Everything was perfect the house is super well equipped and the host responds very quickly. Lendroit is very safe and the view is wonderful, it's sure we'll go back .

It's hard to describe the experience of how rewarding it was, without a doubt, everything matched what was specified and each of the items contained in the listing is amazing. As for the comfort and location I can say that you can't ask for anything else, it is perfect due to its proximity to downtown and the beach as well as the privacy, security and views it provides. It is a place to rest and enjoy as a couple. As soon as amenities it contains everything indicated and maybe even a little more everything designed to make you feel at home and meet all the needs of the user. Among them, the water purifier it contains, the beautiful kitchen utensils, the comfort of the bed, among others. I am equally grateful for the constant and attentive communication from the host who was always there to answer questions quickly and efficiently. There are many more good things to mention but don't give the words, super recommend 10/10

An amazing property to spend a few days on vacation with the family. Our host responded almost immediately and was always attentive to us. The house is amazing and very spacious. Just a couple of photos need updating. It really is the perfect place to rest. There are pizzas within walking distance and a man who brings fresh seafood every day.

The house is easy to find following the directions that are very clear . The house is spacious and very practical if you go as a family it has all the kitchen accessories, the rooms are comfortable , it has games for entertainment . The house is very nice and comfortable Things I didn't like The house was a little dirty , liquid coming out of the cold and some stained towels and linens, nothing serious but if they should be more careful in that The pool was dirty and the next day the water was already green We had an altercation with the Alado neighbors and although they quickly answered us and they were very kind if it is something to take into account Outside the house is very comfortable and if it is enjoyed as a family

Loved the place! The apartment was very comfortable and with a beautiful view. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. Everything was as shown in the pictures. We would definitely come back, it was an excellent experience!

INCREDIBLE! A great house to go for a weekend break, really highly recommended

This house truly has a magical soul. You are right on the water. The waves, the breeze, the birds, the stars all inhabit the house. We came here to relax and to see birds. We swam with beautiful fish and saw two octopus from our own little water garden. At night we slept with the doors open and had a view of the Big Dipper. We loved taking trips to the beach towns along the coast. The area is safe and friendly and easy to explore. The house is so beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is pristine, clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Everything is open and airy. Aida and her husband met us at the house. They left us supplies and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and shop. Don’t hesitate to book this very special home. It is centrally located to many places to explore but we found ourselves wanting to have a lot of “do nothing” days because of how comfortable the house is.

I had a wonderful time at this charming Airbnb in Telchac Port! As a first-time guest, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The spacious home felt so fresh and clean, with linens that smelled like they had just been laundered—so nice! It's just a hop away from the beach, making it the perfect place for a little seaside escape. Michael, the host, was super welcoming and attentive; he helped me find my way back when I got a bit lost, and he did it all with such patience and kindness. Overall, this stay definitely surpassed my expectations, and I’m so happy I chose this place! I am coming back.

This was a super cute beach cottage. We loved the private beach access. It was very comfortable and clean.
