The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

I offer accommodation in a cozy cottage on the grounds of a South Bohemian farm in Prostřední Vydří (6 km from Dačice). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.

We offer a short-term rental/holiday property in Jindřichovice near Želetava. The layout includes 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 beds, a large living room, a kitchen and a glass-enclosed conservatory. Guests have privacy here thanks to a separate entrance, they can use the parking directly in front of the house and, by prior arrangement, they can safely store their bike or motorcycle in the garage. The interior is spacious, clean and practically equipped, which will be appreciated by individuals, couples and families with children.
