At the Gef gas station, we have breakfast and delicious sandwiches. We are in an excellent location in the Plaza condominium. We have a grass soccer field, swimming pool, gym and party room. A parking space.

Very quiet place in a good location. Nearby shopping, snack bar, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and gas station. Closed garage for the exclusive use of guests of the building. We provide bed linen, but bath linen is the guest's responsibility. ATTENTION to the check-out time, staying in the accommodation after the time impairs the entry of new guests, I count on the collaboration and understanding of you, the guest. The group will have easy access to everything they need in this place with an excellent location. Near Costa das Baleias Hospital. Downtown, supermarket, restaurants, bars, Uneb college, BR101 quick access. Paved street, security with night patrol. Garage for 01 hatchback car. I don't accept animals. Air conditioning and all household utensils.
