Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tecpán Guatemala

Beautiful home. Worth every penny, comfortable and felt right at home. If you find yourself in Antigua and are looking for a big home to stay this is the place.

I loved this place. It is beautiful and so peaceful. The home is as pictured. There are not any restaurants in walking distance but their are stores. This home is a 30 minute drive from Panajaschal main street. I did not use Uber but it does show that you can get Uber from here, according to the app. I used a private driver throughout my stay and it worked out perfectly.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

The best airbnb I have ever stayed at! The location is amazing, the views, the tranquility, the song of birds, the rain the storms and the sun. This is paradise and just like it says, “casa cielo”, sky house. Mikael is great host and very responsive, and Miguel the house manager, os also very attentive and great. Once you are up there, you won’t want to ever leave, so pack groceries or just relax and have Verónica the local chef, come and cook delicious food for you. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could think of, the barbecue and the fire pit are perfect for sunsets. We loved it so much, we got engaged here. Will definitely be coming again :)

La Casita del Lago was the perfect location for a gun and relaxing family trip. Lots of room for everyone, outdoor and indoor areas were comfortable and well designed. We used the grill and fire pit, hammocks and paddle boards. The best part was the support by the staff at the house, Rudy, Rosa and Maria were fantastic and they made our stay memorable. we will definitely come back!

la maison est très agréable et dispose d un très joli jardin et d une superbe vue sur le lac. l accès a Santa Cruz se fait très bien a pied et en tuktuk. Lucas et son épouse sont très attentionnés et serviables.

Spacious home with incredible views, we all felt at home and comfortable. While slightly out of the tourist core, it was only a short tuk tuk away or a nice stroll into the busy area. Highly recommend.

Nuestra estadía en este lugar fue maravillosa, con la mejor atención, el anfitrión siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y solicitudes.

Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en Antigua, las villas Orotava están súper bonitas con mucho mantenimiento, los jardines bellos.

El lugar es centrico, cerca de centros comerciales restaurantes, etc. El ambiente es bastante seguro.

Amazing place, great for 1 or 2 people. room was in front of the pool area and next to the gym so sometimes there is some noise and bangs from weight drops from the gym but at night is quiet. There is a folder with instructions and information of amenities and places nearby. Really nice place.

Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services. Easy 10 minute walk to Oakland place mall (i believe newly renovated). A great way to spend a few hours exploring, shopping and eating. A great base in Zone 10, which I found was fairly safe as a female solo traveller.

We had a lovely stay here, the area is peaceful but very walkable to all parts of Antigua. As other Airbnb reviews have noted the bathroom, kitchen and utility area were private, but detached from the main sleeping area. This was no problem for us but something worth considering if you are visiting during the rainy season where you may need to dash out. It’s mostly under cover and only a few steps. Kendra was a lovely host who gave us complete privacy even though the Airbnb is next to the main home. She was also super responsive over What s app and really friendly!

Mayra and her entire team were EXCEPTIONAL for lack of better words. I have never experienced anywhere else in the world the personalized, kind, and efficient service Mayra provides to her guests. The level of care and attention to detail are simply outstanding. The place was astonishingly beautiful, private and quiet. Perfect for a personal or family retreat. It was a brilliant stay with everything we needed and great communication. The plunge pool, sauna and net on the deck were big winners. Just do be advised since photos have been taken there is a bit of growth of plants around the property and a new house built next door. Also Nicolas does live on the property out the back who takes care, he is lovely and stays out of the way completely but just a heads up. Had everything we needed but would advise bringing food to cook as it is a bit out of town so having some meals at the place is recommended and a must with the view. Definitely wake up early to watch the stunning sun rises. Thanks for the stay

Everything about La Casa de Oxkan exceeded our expectations. It was close enough to the action that it was easy to get to and from, but private enough that the lively nature of San Pedro was never intrusive. The home is beautiful in every aspect, and Magdalena was one of the most attentive and responsive hosts I’ve ever stayed with. Not if, but when I return to San Pedro, I will absolutely stay here again.

Estupendo lugar, muy limpio, ordenado y acogedor, sin duda regresaría; la cabaña es hermosa con todas las comodidades necesarias para un momento de paz. El clima maravilloso y también las atenciones de Romelia. Cada rincón de la cabaña fue demasiado lindo. El recorrido dentro de la finca es estupendo y llegar hasta el río fue grandioso, el aroma de los árboles, soleado pero con el aire frío de Tecpan hicieron una convivencia maravillosa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A magical, beautiful little hideaway on the lakeshore. I spent two blissful days beside the lake and volcanoes, swimming in clear waters, watching the clouds, and listening to thunderstorms from a cozy bed. But for a bee sting, I could have been dreaming. Quiet, rustic, and splendidly secluded, being here was a gift and a blessing.

This is our second stay at The Artist's Loft and it was just as peaceful as the first time in 2017. The view is breathtaking and I feel the best view of Lake Atitlan. The house is spacious, sunny and airy. I enjoyed the firm bed. The staff, Dorca, Milka and Nathanael were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed reading on the deck and had almost all our meals there. I became friends with the parrot Victoria and became attached to her. Everytime I saw her she made me laugh. We very much enjoyed our stay.
