One-bedroom apartment and a living room with sofa bed. The sofa bed can only be used if there are more than 2 guests and will incur an additional cost. BRAND NEW APARTMENT IN THE CENTER

The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.
