We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Comfortable, bright and complete apartment with capacity for 2 people, in the historic center of Madrid. With TV, WIFI, air, washing machine, equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need for your perfect stay in Madrid! A double bed of 160 x 200 and one single bed of 90x200 await you to rest comfortably. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building of the nineteenth century, with an elevator and only 100 meters from Puerta del Sol. The balcony of the floor gives to the Carretas street that since 2018 will be pedestrian in its entirety. The apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: high speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, first aid kit and all the necessary equipment to make your meals, if you need it. The bathroom has a shower tray, sink and hair dryer, and we always leave shower gel, hand and shampoo. The apartment is very bright. As for beds, all of the sommier type; the marriage is 2 meters long by 1.6 meters wide. The one individual bed is 2 meters long and 0.9 meters wide. Of course you will count on bedding, clean towels and toilet paper for your stay, as well as bath gel and hand soap. We will receive you at the apartment for the delivery of keys and have our phone for any questions or problems. It is advisable that you also provide us with a telephone in case there is a last minute problem or there is a delay. Check-in takes place from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m., although these schedules may be flexible as long as there are no guests, and we are advised with time; for different schedules please consult previously. Please consult a late check-in/out. After 10 pm, an additional 30 euros will be charged and paid in cash at the time of handing over the keys, and 50€ after 12 pm.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
