View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Enjoyable even on rainy days - relax on the leather chaise and watch a video or curl up in the sunny corner with a good book

This light filled little house on our property has a lovely lounge dining area, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a beautiful bathroom. The bungalow is also surrounded by a lovely garden. Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Riversedge - too

Located on the banks of the Myall River at Bulahdelah, " Riversedge too " offers a riverside retreat on the edge of town overlooking the surrounding farmland and forests. With navigable water to the Myall Lakes, the property is ideal for canoeists, bike riders and bird watchers - the world famous Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes National Park and coastal surfing beaches are all a short distance away. The detached cottage has been specifically designed for privacy views, and relaxation.

Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

Olen Cabin is our fully equipped guest house, located in the 'back paddock' of our 100 acre property, overlooking lagoons, pasture and gum trees that line the property.  Olen contains one bedroom, one bathroom, a welcoming and light vibe, with fresh decor, chosen for comfort. Stock the fridge with your favourites to enjoy during your stay. It's a chill place, no wifi & very limited phone service. It's time to unplug and reconnect. We hope to welcome you soon.
