Holiday rentals with a patio in Tazewell County

I had a great stay at the 1029 apartments. They're about a block from Bradley University and I only had a 10 minute walk to the Bradley Renaissance Coliseum for an event I was attending. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance nearby. I appreciated having a real kitchen with a full-size range and refrigerator which allowed me flexibility in food preparation. Much better than staying in a hotel.

Great for a few days in Peoria. Only 1.6 miles from the civic center, where I was headed for a conference.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! It was clean and exactly as described in the pictures. Our host was responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The location was perfect—right next to the Bradley University campus and Campus Town, which was exactly what we needed for this visit. Everything was just a short walk away. If we come back to Peoria, we’d definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay. Kathryn is very friendly and quick to respond. Kathryn was flexible with check in and check out which I appreciate coming so far away timing can change. I enjoyed being out of town and in a country location. I liked that I was able to chill on the wrap around deck and walk around the property. I plan to stay again in the future.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and as described. Alan and Karissa were extremely fast to respond and resolve a few small issues and questions we had.

This place was great. We needed a place with a backyard and that allowed pets and we could have asked for a better fit. Our dogs loved it and Rebecca was very accommodating with our schedule. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of stores we needed to go to during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

we were a family of four adults. We were there to repair my Dad's house. This beautiful home was very relaxing, eith plenty of space for four adults to spread out and give each other their space. The only thing we needed was a 2nd toilet.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this Airbnb! The property is located on a beautiful farm with stunning scenery, and it was so relaxing to watch the animals and the cows being moved across the fields. It truly felt like a perfect getaway spot. I traveled with my daughter, who is on life support, and while there were a few steps leading into the house, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were able to get her inside without any problems. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a quiet, serene place to relax and recharge. This cottage was cozy and fit my lodging needs perfectly during the conference I attended. The place is well maintained, spotless and tastefully decorated. Kimberly was a proactive and gracious host. Everything was as advertised with little touches made to add value. (Office space with printer, little snacks, bottled water and bagged ice already in the kitchen) Another thing which took me by surprise was the beauty of the neighborhood, its quietness and privacy. Would totally stay at this cottage again.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was easy to find and checking in was simple. All the appliances were very new looking and well maintained. The furniture was clean and comfortable. There were even some treats waiting for us when we got there! Would recommend!

Brent’s place is amazing. He and his wife leave extremely thoughtful amenities and they have wonderful recommendations on places to go and places to eat. His place is EXTREMELY clean, has comfortable beds, and is quiet. We loved it!
