The cottage sleeps 14. Room 1 is on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 4 queen beds. The Guest Suite is a large studio style room with one queen size bed and a leather sofa hide a bed (queen size). Perfect for one or two people and cozy for 3 people. The Suite has a small ‘kitchenette” with Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is compact but cute with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo, shower gel and other essential products.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This location is 6mins to shopping complex housing Walmart, Popeyes, Mc Donalds, DSW, Dollarama, Marshalls, PetMart, and Canadian BrewHouse. The house is only 8min from YQR international Airport and 12mins to downtown. It's a lovely and peaceful area to stay.

Our home may be small but enjoy a short or long stay. It has all the amenities you may require. We are 1.5hr from Regina, Fort Qu’ Appelle 40 minutes, Melville 35 minutes, Yorkton 50 minutes. The main floor bedroom is small but has a single bed. Upstairs loft has a single bed and queen bed. Large back yard and we are pet friendly!
