The accommodation is central, you can walk to all the places of interest in Taxco, the apartment 10/10 very comfortable and very quiet. And the hostess was very kind, she gave us very good recommendations.

The facilities, very nice and everything is very clean. Easy to get there. Safe and accessible area. Lots of privacy. The host was always attentive and was very friendly, gave many good options for eating and going out. Totally recommended accommodation. Spacious and comfortable.

Ilse was always aware of what we needed, she let us in before the estimated time, they showed us everything in detail. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay, it is just as in the photos.

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The apartment is an excellent option for spending several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.

I went as a family with my mom, dad and brother for just one night. The accommodation is exactly as advertised. The pool was at room temperature, but in this heat, it was really nice, it wasn't cold. Very comfortable beds, living room, kitchen. The apartment is small but has everything. We didn't use the Jacuzzi due to time constraints, but it looked clean and has an incredible view. We were on the terrace talking and having a very pleasant day. Aurora's recommendations were incredible, even to go and leave "errands" and not have to leave the Cluster. I recommend you put the location as "Residencial Club Nautico Teques", because if you put the other location it sends you somewhere else. We all ended up happy with this accommodation
