Lovely peaceful comfortable place to stay with the bonus of a wood fire and a sauna to enjoy. Has great views with a private rocky cove directly at the bottom of the garden and an easy coastal walk to the beautiful redbill beach and diamond island point. All in all really hard leave.

Absolutely loved our stay, the accommodation had everything you would want or need and was pristine clean. The location was peaceful and the sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed.

Lovely place. Roomy, relaxed feel. All the mod cons. And the view, of course. Heated bathroom floor and spa was the winner for me. Wood was supplied for our BBQs. Fresh fish is available at a new butcher up the road in Triabunna, who gets it from the fishing boats coming into the docks there each morning. We BBQd fish caught only hours earlier. Was so nice to be able to have a dog there on such a big fenced block, so we could relax while she she wandered about.

We were lucky enough that there was a last minute booking available, my partner and I were camping and in desperate need of a refresh. The cottage was the perfect place to reset while also still feeling as if we were out in the open as we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the most adorable animals. We felt very welcomed as Michelle showed us around the home and gave fantastic recommendations for food and activities in the area when we checked in, and she gave us plenty of privacy for our stay. The cottage is stocked with plenty of furnishings and accessories to make it feel like a home away from home, and the fresh milk left for us in the fridge was delicious. Thank you so much for the most relaxing stay and we will definitely book again when we come back to Tassie 😊

What a wonderful place to stay both the property and location. Mary is a superb host to boot. The place literally has everything you need, is super cosy and has the most epic views. Mary is an absolute legend, helpful and quick to respond. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place provides the ultimate relaxing getaway experience. The house is spacious and comfortable and with an awesome fireplace and heaters in the bedrooms you would not know it.was below zero outside in the early morning. Everything you need for cooking is provided, showers are great and beds very comfortable. This is a true farm experience with sheep, working dogs, chickens and a horse coming right up to your fence. The river walk is an easy walk for most fitness levels and the scenery along the way with the flowing river is a very tranquil experience. Indigo is an excellent host and provided excellent communication from the moment we booked. Tristan was always there when we needed to top up the wood and very informative about the property and surrounds. The was the perfect place to spend our 47th wedding anniversary with a glass of bubbles on the covered back deck which has the sun all day. We highly recommend Indigo's place to anybody wanting a unique relaxing holiday.

Jo was truly the best host we could’ve asked for! Her place in West Hobart was spotless, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel completely at home. She was kind, super responsive, and clearly puts a lot of care into making sure her guests have a great stay. The view from the place is absolutely amazing — we loved waking up to it every day! The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Jo’s place to anyone visiting Hobart. Thanks again, Jo!☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful with amazing views. Boat Harbour Beach is amazing. Andrea was very generous and a brilliant host. Wish we were staying longer!

Wonderful cosy home that is close enough to town to make exploring easy, while remote enough to be a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clear instructions for check in. The property was a perfect size and well equipped for a big group. The house was very clean and tidy. There were heaters and electric blankets in every bedroom which was an extra bonus during the winter months. The property was in a great driving location to all shops, bars, restaurants etc. Had a beautiful stay.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay, we both raved about how comfortable the bed was and we thought the doona was heavenly. It had a great location and was only a few minutes away from a lot of the launnie attractions

Jacqui was such a warm and thoughtful host! She was always responsive and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the handmade lavender bead warmer pillows she gifted us — such a heartfelt gesture that added a personal and comforting touch to our stay, especially in the chilly weather. The home is tucked just behind the main road, offering a nice sense of privacy while still being only a short drive to the city and Mt Wellington. Parking was easy and convenient right by the roadside. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for simple cooking, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were cosy and well-heated. The only small suggestion we have is that it would be lovely to have a heater or an electric blanket in the bedroom for added comfort during colder nights. One unexpected delight was the visit from three adorable pademelons in the backyard — such a treat to see them up close! All in all, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thank you, Jacqui!

Three Paddocks and a Hill was as serene and peaceful as the photos suggested. We arrived in the dark with our two small children and were welcomed by a beautiful warm fire in a cosy home, which was so appreciated. The property had everything we needed and there was plenty to do in the home stay to just ‘be’ away from our busy lives. We loved the goats, and Emma and Leon were very responsive when one cheeky goat got their head stuck in the fence, causing our daughters to be quite concerned. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A lovely stay in such a peaceful hidden away location - with only the sound of distant cows... bliss. Nice & cosy with good heating on a frosty night looking at the stars. Our dog enjoyed the little yard whilst we enjoyed the challenge of cooking in the wood stove. The nearby creek is a beautiful spot to decompress too.. Highly recommend!

Amazing little place! The view is stunning. It looked better than the pictures, and I was very surprised with the wine, cheese & crackers, juice, milk, chocolates! Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed and we will definetly come back!

This location is probably the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The property was so comfortable and relaxing we booked an additional night. Was stoked to have a guitar to have a guitar to play as being a musician without access to one really hurts and I wasn’t travelling with one. The sounds of the waves crashing gave me beautiful sleep. I’ve fallen in love with this place and hope I will return one day. Even braved an ocean swim twice in the frothy shallows (mid June). It made me feel alive. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Full kudos to Robert for what he has done with this beautiful place. A bonus was seeing a wombat as we left. We are from WA so this was exciting for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, character-filled home set in peaceful, picturesque surroundings. It’s perfectly located—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet still close to town when you need to stock up on supplies. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Renee was a fantastic host—friendly, proactive, and helpful from the moment we booked right through to after our stay. When our daughter accidentally left behind her treasured bunny, Renee went out of her way to locate it promptly and kindly offered to post it back to us. Highly recommend this lovely spot. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The most peaceful oasis away from the bustling city… a much needed reset right where the forrest meets the Bruny Island sea! Alonnah was the perfect location, 20 mins from get shucked, bruny island cheese, chocolate factory & scenic surrounding walks. Pack a book and get acquainted with one of Tasmania’s greatest treasures!

Rosie was an outstanding hosts, evening helping with some first aid items when needed. We had an easy check-in and the amenities were amazing. Great communal amenties including washer and dryer, pizza oven, wood fire smoker and espresso machine. The accommodation was outstanding and the location was country living at its finest. Definitely will see them again. Thanks

Had a wonderful stay very peaceful very well thought out also having the meals in the freezer was a great idea and we did find them yummy very well priced as well. We will certainly be coming back.
