The house is small but the shower and bed are large. Inside, you will find a double bed, a fridge, an electric coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, as well as coffee, snacks, toast and jams. In the bathroom, there is a shower, a sink and a toilet with a built-in bidet. The address is Via delle Betulle Valbruna, within the Golf Mini Valbruna complex. You can park on the street. In winter, if you arrive late, let me know so we can turn up the heating first. The tourist tax is $1.50 per person per day, payable in cash.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The ski slopes are a five-minute walk away, close to the bike path, the bus station is a five-minute walk away and the train station (2 km).

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Located a stone's throw from the border with Slovenia and Carinthia, a few kilometers from Tarvisio, two ski areas very close and a stone's throw from the wonderful Lake Raibl and the majestic Mount Mangart. The Raibl mine, the mining museum, and the military history museum of the Great War make the town of Cave del Predil an interesting place from a historical and cultural point of view. Long bike paths and wonderful hiking trails make this place fabulous.
