📍 Welcome to a peaceful retreat, Nestled in Saint-Étienne-de-Tulmont, only 10 min from Montauban and 40 min from Toulouse. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a relaxing break, this place invites relaxation and serenity, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

On request: - Possibility to house your 2-wheeler in a closed garage. - Setting up and preparing a second bed (if 2 separate beds).

In very quiet and family neighborhood, studio of 18 m2 with a sofa bed convertible into 140, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. Private terrace and parking space in front of the unit. Located in Albi in a new house, the city center and its episcopal city are within a 5-minute drive. Possibility to get there by city bus (stop 100 meters from the studio). You will also find a butcher shop, bakery and a commercial hypercenter less than 2 minutes away.

Gite in restored old farmhouse

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Our house is located in St Affrique, small town 30 minutes from Millau. We provide you with a bedroom converted into a small studio on the ground floor with its private entrance, bathroom and toilet. The room is equipped with a kitchenette, microwave , kettle as well as a small fridge. You can also enjoy an independent terrace reserved for you or the large family terrace that adjoins the body of water.
