A ház előtt vezetnek a túraútvonalak a hegytetőre és a hegy híres borászataihoz. A Balaton mindössze 6 km-re van. A SZAUNA külön díj megfizetésével használható, egyeztetett időpontban (ára 2 főre 10.000 Ft/felfűtés).

Quiet, quiet, birdsong, lake view. Away from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old wine cellar is located at the foot of the hills of Balatonszepezd. It was completely renovated in 2019, with a well equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a loft bedroom. Zen Varázs Malom-tónál, aranyhalas patak parton, sétányra nyíló kertben, hol szőlő, füge, körte termett, kis házikót építettem. Tetejét cseréppel, falait fával fedtem, s szépen berendeztem. "Bambuszerdő" mellett izzó faparázson vacsorát süthettek, egy jó kancsó borral, finom falatokkal asztalhoz ülhettek. Hintaágyban ringatózva, patak csobogását, madár csacsogását hallgassátok, csillagok állását, Nap, Hold járását bámuljátok! A tavat körbesétáljátok! Remélem elvarázsol! 😉
