Country house in a gated community, large swimming pool with waterfall, 200-square-meter grass soccer field, fireplace, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and oven, veranda, ceiling fan in the living room, en-suite with box bed, 3 more bedrooms with single beds, one next to the barbecue area with bathroom, living room with bookcase, sofa and LED TV, kitchen with refrigerator and stove, garage for 4 cars and simple orchard with about 200 m2. Totally independent and private house, without sharing.

Chalé Simplicity and coziness amidst nature

There are dams for observation in the common areas of the property, care must be taken at the edge (fishing is prohibited) We are about 9 km from the tea waterfall, also 1 km from Via Ecco and 3 km from the head of the 24-hour restaurants. The chalet is for exclusive use, but the observation areas are in common use with the other lodging (home). In the chalet we do NOT accept pets. There is no stove, rural Internet (may be unstable). We do not provide towels and blankets. River bathing allowed
