Holiday rentals with beach access in Taormina

Concetta is an incredible host! The apartment is located right in the heart of Naxos, just a minute’s walk from the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s even a washing machine. We stayed as a couple with a baby, and everything was perfect. Concetta helped us with everything we needed – she went above and beyond. The place was cleaned every two days, and even the sheets were replaced regularly. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful place. Worthy of a 2-3 day stay. Barbara goes out of her way to help her guests. I highly recommend this location.

We came to spend two nights with my spouse at Katerina and Andrea's and the welcome was great, very nice hosts and good advice. We have crossed paths several times and they have always had a kind word and recommendations. Very well located apartment and superb view from the terrace. We recommend!

Marco and his parent were the sweetest hosts. We where traveling with our two small children and they where so considerate, finding useful stuff, toys, beach towels, highchair etc. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality. Everyday we woke up to the sunrise. Unfortunately the gas went out, and the dishwasher broke while we were there. Things that sometimes happen. But the way the family helped us and responded so quickly to our needs was amazing. Useful things to know: the public transport with bus is very unpredictable. There is a noisy street right in front of the building, but the sound of the ocean is higher, so you won’t hear it that much. The apartment is located in the best part and more local restaurants are nearby. To walk to the train station from the apartment is very uncomfortable, without sidewalks on some of the road.

This apartment was wonderful. Perfect location for access to the beaches, restaurants and super easy to get around. Lovely new appartment with all amenities ❤️🥰

I was in Mazzeo at this amazing apartment for 5 days and I wished I would have been able to book for longer but it sells out fast! The apartment is pristine and the sea view (apt is on the 3rd floor!) (Ionian sea right in front of you, across the street) is something out of this world! Enza was fantastic, always available and very cordial and accommodating. I will be rebooking this apartment for 2026! The location is just perfect, avoiding crowds from Taormina and the restaurants on the boardwalk were absolutely fantastic, all of them!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! We had a great time at Francesco’s place. Nice to be on the sea front for the breakfast on the balcony. Francesco was really friendly and helpful! Good place to be able to go to Etna, Milazzo and Toarmine for day visits.

Francesco, you are the best owner. You were very kind and the guide was detailed and easy to understand, and the room was comfortable. Thanks to him and his wife, I had a great experience and I want to come again

We spend wonderful week at Alfio's place. All good reviews are hundred percent correct. View is amazing! Flat is very clean and cosy. There is air conditioning for every room separately. It's everything what you need and even more. Flat is simple but everything is solid and good quality. The area is great. All aperitivo we had on the terrace was with amazing view, quiet area and we were really satisfied. Hosts are very helpful and were responding to us very fast :) We will go back for sure :) Grazie di cuore :)

We had a lovely stay at Chiara"s place. Swims in the morning and drinks on the balcony in the warm evenings. The apartment is very well appointed and tastefully decorated.

we loved our stay at Francesco's apartment. The area is just a short walk from the main street and very convenient for everything. Everything was modern and new. There was some building work going on but it didn't bother us as we were out.

We were very pleased with our stay. Alessandro was very communicative, at check-in, in case of problems, when transferring our daughter to the airport. We enjoyed the small terrace very much, but it felt almost directly by the sea. We can only recommend the apartment. Volker and Iris

Daniele's apartment is at the far end of the Naxos bay a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of the beaches and beach side restaurants/traffic. It sits between a couple of small, independent hotels but for us, in mid-June, was very quiet and peaceful, and with a beautiful setting overlooking well kept gardens and the sea. Not much else to add to the other positive reviews.....it's a great, well-appointed, private and quiet apartment and not a bad place from which to explore the Messina region if you have a car. We certainly recommend!

Marcello's accommodation is amazing! 🙂 He is the soul of the accommodation, which makes it what it is. He is very warm, helpful and considerate. We received great tips and always felt perfectly taken care of. From the penultimate day, we were able to use the great platform for direct access to the sea. :) Access to the sea leads about 200-250? through Marcello's loving garden. There is a private parking space, which can be reached through 2 gates. Everything in the accommodation was clean and well maintained and there were a lot of details.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Emanuela is a great host! The apartment is a gem in a beautiful village. The early morning sunrise from the balcony facing the sea is stunning! I feel at home the moment we stepped in to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Well-located accommodation, close to Catania, Etna, and 1 hour from Taormina. A little out of the tourist center, but several restaurants nearby in Aci Trezza. Excellent recommendations for tours and restaurants by our hosts. Very nice welcome by Julia, many recommendations and detailed information. Accommodation a little cramped if you imagine staying at 4, but ideal for 2 people! Perfect equipment, with beach essentials, umbrellas if needed, etc.

Very beautiful house . And the location was spot on. You drink coffee hearing the peaceful sound of the sea.

What an absolutely lovely stay! The place is clean and spacious with a lovely view and much quieter than places in the city center. Lorenza went above and beyond, she was so incredibly kind and accommodating and such an amazing host! Highly recommend!

The location of Lucia’s place is excellent. The view over the valley is outstanding - it’s beautiful and always interesting, both in the day and chilling with a glass of wine in the evening. The walk from the town is hilly, but certainly manageable (even for a 60+-year old with arthritis!) and it was rather lovely to leave the tourist crowds behind and exchange greetings with local residents along the way. There is a handy local shop immediately opposite. The flat had everything for basic requirements, beds were comfortable and we loved the personal touch in that it is decorated with art by Lucia’s mother. We were greeted personally and Lucia was flexible about arrival time.
