Holiday rentals with a pool in Tangier-Tetouan

Het huis met verschillende terrassen ligt op een prachtige lokatie en op loopafstand van zee, hetgeen ideaal is voor de kite-surfers. Het nestje jonge honden in de tuin was een aangename verrassing. Het huis is gezellig ingericht. De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, evenals de hulp die er rond liep.

Couldn’t thank Farouk & Aziz enough for their hospitality and their beautiful place. Everything was local, private and amazing neighbourhood, with lots of shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, spacious, with a beautiful terrace and private pool, overlooking Tetouan and its mountains. The place is very reserved and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will surely be back!

Excelente alojamiento! Hemos estado dos semanas con nuestros tres hijos y desde el primer momento nos hemos sentido como en casa. Carlos estuvo pendiente de la llegada y nos dió flexibilidad tanto para la entrada como para la salida. La casa está en una urbanización y la piscina está justo en frente lo que es un plus para los niños. La playa está a 10 minutos andando y hay un chiringuito y restaurantes de camino. En los alrededores también hay comercios donde comprar todo lo que puedes necesitar. Lo que destacaría de la casa es que está perfectamente equipada, limpia y cuidada con todo detalle ya que no es un alquiler vacacional. Sin duda repetiremos! Muchísimas gracias Carlos

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux jours dans cette magnifique villa. L’endroit est spacieux, très bien entretenu, et vraiment idéal pour se détendre. La piscine est superbe, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et profiter du cadre paisible. Le quartier est calme, ce qui permet de se reposer pleinement. Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux. Un grand merci pour l’accueil, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Cette charmante maison avec jardin et piscine est un véritable havre de paix pour les familles et les amis. Le jardin, soigneusement entretenu, offre un espace verdoyant parfait pour se détendre, tandis que la piscine, adaptée aux enfants, est sécurisée grâce à des vitres limitant l’accès sans la supervision d’un adulte. Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind zu jeder Zeit unschlagbar und unvergleichlich. Nicola und ihre freundliche Hilfe vor Ort, Maite waren für Tips und Hilfe immer 24/7 für uns da und bei kleinen Problemchen sehr bemüht, diese möglichst schnell abzustellen. Wir hatten eher das Gefühl, wir sind bei guten Freunden zu Besuch. Die Zimmer, Küche und Bäder sind in gutem Zustand, da ist vielleicht in manchen Bereichen noch etwas Luft nach oben. Die Lage direkt am Naturschutzgebiet ist supertoll, bietet sich für tolle Wanderungen und ambitioniertes Joggen (viele Steigungen) perfekt an. Die Küste bergab fußläufig gut erreichbar, für Sandstrände fährt man je nach Ziel 10 bis 45 Minuten. Man braucht daher schon unbedingt ein Auto, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch ca. in 15 Min. erreichbar. Wir reisen viel, aber hatten noch nie einen so phänomenalen Ausblick vom Pool, mehreren Terrassen, der Küche und den Zimmern. Es war ein absoluter Traumurlaub!

Perfectly decorated, clean and comfortable home 10 minute walk from the beach. We had a lot of rain, which is disappointing at the beach, but the house provided an ideal refuge. Nice complex, even though we didn’t make use of the nearby pool. Horse-covered hills out the window.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt, alles war gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber Imad war sehr nett und hilfsbereit während meines gesamten Aufenthalts😉😉Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.💗📸

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Tout était impeccable et vraiment bien équipé. On trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, c’est vraiment pratique. De plus, l’hôte Sara est super sympathique et serviable, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui cherchent un logement confortable et accueillant. Merci encore pour tout !

I rarely write reviews, but staying at Morad’s place was such an exceptional experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I booked, Morad was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. As for the apartment—wow. Walking in felt like entering a boutique hotel suite but with the warmth and charm of a real home. Everything was spotless (you could tell it had been cleaned with care), and the decor struck the perfect balance between modern and cozy. The lighting was soft and ambient, the bed was plush and comfortable. The neighborhood itself was quiet, safe, and very well-connected. I was within walking distance of several cafes, and the beach, and a stunning viewpoint that Morad recommended with a large balcony. I travel a lot, and I can confidently say that this was one of the most memorable and smooth Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

C’est ma 3ème fois à Cabo Negro, je sais où mettre le cap si jamais j’y reviens. Certainement chez Reda, au Mirador Golf. Bel appart, très propre, une cuisine bien équipée, jolie déco au salon, et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Tetouan. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un merveilleux séjour. La plage de Cabo est à 5min en voiture (environ 40min à pied). Sinon, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine de la résidence, qui ferme assez tôt par contre, à 18h30 (mais le proprio n’y est pour rien). En tt cas, je recommande !

We had a fantastic two month stay in Tarifa. The appartment is about a ten minute walk from the old town so close to bars and restaurants but in a quiet neighbourhood. We are a couple with no kids but the two bedroom appartment could comfortably accommodate four. There are two separate living areas and a fantastic, large courtyard. Good sized well-equipped kitchen with separate laundry.
