There is a swimming pool, a gym, and the residential complex also has a shop and coffee shops. If you walk a little, there is a large shopping center. We enjoyed it very much. We never regretted staying in this house for a month. We recommend it to everyone. And I would also like to note the fact that the owner is a good person. When we left, we forgot the laptop. The owner sent us a taxi, we are very grateful for🙏🏻 such good, sensitive, noble people in our time, thank you very much Mr. Irvan🙏🏻

check-in procedure is little bit complicated, but instruction is enough understanding. location is good to stay walkable around. host always respond messege friendly. affordable accomodation.

Great stay, spacious unit, surrounding areas perfect, especially access to botanical garden. But wifi connection was slow and cleanliness can be improved. Overall we love to stay here =)

Comfortable enough for a small family vacation. Actually, it's more suitable for single people/ halal couples. If you bring a small child, especially a toddler, it's not very friendly. The host is very helpful. The bathroom is very cramped. But the facilities and prices offered are appropriate 😊

Very clean, complete furniture, walkable to mall

Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

Lena's hospitality is amazing. She responds to my questions incredibly fast. The house that she rents was prepared nicely. I had an issue with the TV but she gave me the solution right away. I totally recommend people staying here, such a great and wonderful place to stay! I'll be back 😁

The house looks exactly like the one in the picture, check in was easy, host was very proactive and quick in responding. The place inside looks modern and minimalist, felt cozy at home. The house is inside a complex and there are lots to do/go/eateries such as orange grooves mall, supermarket, McDonald, subway, and minimart. It's quite a walking distance but very close if driving lol. The complex also has a gum, pool, and basketball court. Our entire family enjoyed our short stay. Thanks.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place!
