apartemen ini memang punya lokasi pemandangan yg sgt bagus..lgsg menghadap ke pik batavia dan malam hari keliatan Lampung sgt bagus.. pemilik sgt baik dan respon nya sgt cpt.. kamar tidur..kamar mandi..bersih..dapur peralatannya lengkap...nyaman serasa rumah sendiri..wifi baik.. fasilitas tdk kami nikmati krn keterbatasan wkt yg kami miliki...hehehe.. ovel all okey deh...next pengen nginap lg krn kuliner byk sekali disana...

In general the apartment in terms of cleanliness is very good, cooking utensils, dining, complete household appliances, air conditioning works well location close to the airport and shopping center, what needs to be improved is two-way communication to make it faster

Each tower has its own security officer which is very friendly and helpful. The facilities like gym, tennis court and swimming pool are awesome! Check in and check out process was very easy. Amenities are quite ok but if you need anything there's a walking distance minimart in the other tower. I also like the balcony where you can chill and have a magnificent city light view at night. Definitely will recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a short or even long stay.

First of all, Rainy is a polite, friendly and a responsive host. The apartment itself was well deco-red and the utilities were worked well with our long stay (11 night). My family and I were comfortable and our expectations have been met. The place was clean and odourless and provided comfort for myself and my young child. When I arrived, she turned on the aircon so the place was cool. She even provided us a small dinner, which I was grateful for, since we were arriving at night time. Her instructions were clear and it was lovely to stay at her place. Would consider staying again.

This was my home for 4 months! — from the beginning, Pak Justin was accommodating and was very prompt in his responses. The place is squeaky clean and throughout your stay if you need cleaning service it is only one text away. Amenities at the building is great, everyone in the building is also very friendly should you need to approach them for local recommendations etc. Also a good strategic location if you’re looking to explore more towards central and west jakarta, it is also quite near to go to Tangerang and PIK so highly recommended especially in terms of location. There’s so much more I can say but in short, it is very worth the price, recommended for solo travellers especially or even couples for both long & short stay. if you’re working remote, good to note that the wifi is great too! 👍

Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it made our trip so much more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind and quick to help with anything we needed. The room is very comfy and full of needed facility. Affordable stay for 4 persons to squeeze in. We are 3 person, 1 person on the sofa bed is comfortable enough. They have familymart, kopi kenangan, canteen, and shipping expedition nearby the building. Check in was very easy. We didn’t make it to the pool but i bet that will be perfect to tru while staying with family. Afril is a very informative person, thay for the place!
