The condo was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to downtown Branson Landing, lots of restaurants and shopping. Laura was quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend and will stay there again!

It’s a convenient place to stay close to old downtown and The Landing, plus you can avoid the traffic on the strip. There are a lot of amenities at the property and it was nice to have bathrooms connected to each bedroom and to have ample TVs for everyone. We really enjoyed sitting out on the very private deck. I appreciated that they left us ample trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The only negative - which is no reflection on the owner - is the walls are thin. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants and were up until the early morning hours. Otherwise, the guests on the property were not noisy late at night and everyone was friendly. I would definitely stay here again. We were very comfortable.

This is an absolute GEM of a home and appreciate you hosting my wife and I for such an incredible weekend there in Branson! Next year when back in Branson, if the dates are available, we will be staying here again because we absolutely LOVED the location and the price was really unbeatable!

This condo looked beautiful in the listing and was even prettier in person! My husband and I really enjoyed the comfortable amenities and space for our long weekend in Branson. We did not cook during our stay, but the kitchen was so amazing wish we had! The bed was very comfortable. The sunroom with lake view was very relaxing. An awesome bonus was the high-quality dog kennel and dog bed already furnished! We have traveled many places with our dog but we have never experienced such a well-furnished listing not only for us humans, but also for our pup! We all felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here. We have been to branson multiple times but our stay was done homey. It has been the closest we have every stayed to the landing being maybe 3 minutes away, yet you couldn't hear anything from it. this space was so quiet and peaceful. the creek was closer and more beautiful than the pictures did it justice. Will be coming back in the future!

The place was immaculate! It had everything we could have needed. The location was awesome. It was easy to get signed into our tv subscriptions. The area was quiet. I am always hesitant where we stay bc of pests or cleanliness, but this exceeded our expectations!

This place was just what we needed! Close to everything, yet not right on the strip with all the traffic. We loved all the offerings and options for rainy days with both indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean and had everything we needed. Great hosts.

Our stay at Jennifer’s condo was great. The condo was clean and welcoming. The amenities were well stocked. We had great communication and clear instructions. We brought our little dog with us and felt so comfortable with all the guests walking their dogs. Very peaceful and relaxing visit.. highly recommend.

The only negative was the stairs! Other than that the condo was beautiful and our dog loved spending time on the balcony!

Loved this place. The place was clean and had all that we needed. The kitchen was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The Christmas decorations was a great touch to the fact that it was Christmas in Branson this time of the year. It was pet friendly and within walking distance of Starbucks. I loved the balcony which you could sit out on during the night and watch the Christmas Trees of the other neighbors . The fountains made it very peaceful. The place was very close to the strip. The owners and Christene were always responsive to us and made our trip easy by answering any questions we had . They were very friendly and reaching out to us threw out the trip. There were people who lived all around us. People were coming in and out threw out our stay in the other condos in our building . Overall it’s a great place and I would recommend it to everyone.

We LOVED our stay here! The place was beautiful and super clean! Our hosts were amazing and responded quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay! LOVED the fact that they sent some recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

The place was exactly as described and super close to pool and the amenities. Point Royale is a great property to stay. He left us with plenty of towels, bedding and pillows.

This listing is a great home base for all your Branson adventures. Great location close to the action but off the 76 strip. The unit was spacious and homey. It great for couples that want a kitchen or for the whole family to have ample space! Only concern was a bit of a musty scent, which may come from the unit being on the bottom floor of the building.

Our recent stay at Molly's home in Branson was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of the space. Molly has thought of everything to ensure her guests feel at home, with all the necessary accommodations readily available. The location couldn't be better—being so close to all the entertainment made our family trip even more enjoyable. We had easy access to attractions, dining, and activities, allowing us to make the most of our time in Branson. Molly was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful, which added to our overall experience. We truly appreciated her hospitality and the personal touches throughout the house. We will definitely consider renting from Molly again on the Airbnb app for our next visit. Thank you, Molly, for making our family getaway so memorable! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the location to the condo itself, everything was perfect! The condo was an excellent condition and extremely clean. Everything was marked and organized, so it was easy to find. We greatly appreciated the new bag of ice in the freezer and bottles of water in the fridge. We felt very at home.

Shellie's condo was clean and very comfortable. she had everything we needed, extra towels, kitchen well stocked and even had coffeemate so we didn't need to make a trip to the store. condo is a quick walk to the clubhouse and pool. we enjoyed our quick weekend trip to Branson
