Spacious studio apartment in the city center

A lovely little apartment that has it all! A spacious one bedroom apartment in a perfect location in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere - the central bus station 2 minutes away, Herzl Street, the Independence Square, the city market, the Sharon mall and the beaches of Netanya - are all within walking distance, and also all the main streets (Smilansky, Shmuel Hanatziv, Herzl, Binyamin Boulevard). The apartment is bright, spacious and very cozy and is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The street is bustling during the daytime, but the apartment windows are not in the front and there is no noise. In the evening the street is very quiet. Mosel parking lot from 14.00 is opposite. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary :)

This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

Hi guys, we're so excited to introduce to you our stunning apartment in Netanya. Perfect location - just 5 min walk to city center, 2 min walk to the beach!! With a great balcony view (from 12th floor) and an open, spacious living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms- one master with is own bathroom, and two other with 3 single beds in each. I really liked Eugene's apartment: a wonderful location near the sea and beach. There are several restaurants, cafes and shops near the house, as well as a bus stop 150 meters from the house. The studio has everything you need to stay. I spent wonderful days in this place. Eugene and his representative Leya quickly got in touch and resolved all the necessary issues.
